Fiscal memory (FP) is included, which is a complex of software and hardware that provides uncorrected, daily (every shift) registration and non-volatile long-term storage of final information on cash settlements with the population carried out on KKM, necessary for the correct calculation of taxes. Daily (shift) registration means the unconditional recording of the final information on cash settlements in the FP during the shift closing operation, and the duration of the shift should not exceed 24 hours. Each time a report with cancellation (closing of a shift) is made, another entry is made in the FP containing the date of recording, the sequence number of closing the shift, and the total of daily (shift) sales. The capacity of the FP is enough for 6 years of daily recordings. If there are less than 30 free fields left in the FP for recording the final information, then at the end of the printout of the daily report with cancellation, the following message will be printed:

It is necessary to call the wizard to replace the Fiscal memory.

Only the tax inspector has access to information in the Fiscal Memory. Working with Fiscal memory is protected by a password for access to the FP. The tax inspector has the right to change the password, enter the details of fiscalization and re-registration into the FI, and remove reports from the FI. KKM provides work in non-fiscal and fiscal modes. In non-fiscal mode (before fiscalization) all functions are supported except for registration of daily reports and receipt of a fiscal report. Fiscal mode provides registration of fiscal data in FP and ECLZ. The inclusion of the fiscal regime occurs upon completion of the fiscalization process. After fiscalization, the fiscal regime cannot be turned off. On all documents issued in the fiscal mode of KKM, a message (fiscal logo) is printed:

KKM with FP

informing that the machine is working with fiscal memory.

Password system

Access to work with KKM is protected by passwords. There are 9 passwords in total: 8 operator passwords and an OP access password.

The maximum length of passwords is 8 decimal places (range of allowable values: 0 .. 99999999) To start working in the registration mode, you must enter one of the passwords of operators who have access to work in this mode in accordance with the settings in Table 3. To work in the reporting mode and closing the shift, you must enter the administrator or system administrator password. The sequence for setting passwords is described in the Operation Manual. To enter the POS printer parameters programming mode, you must enter the system administrator password. To work with fiscal memory, you must enter the password for access to the FP.

value 0.5 value 0.25

· assign the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.75) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for the points 0.0 and 0.35.

Let's assume that this will be the value of the argument equal to 0.12 (Figure 13).

Figure 13 - Values of the argument at which the FP takes the value 0.75

Thus, the results of the previous actions for this term will be as follows:

Figure 14 - Graphical representation of the results

for the term "Probability is small"

7.2 Consider 2 terms and define the semantics of the term "Probability is average". For it, we determine the values of the FP at the boundary points. In this case, the FP values are equal to 0, since and is less than P< 0,2 и при Р >0.8 probability cannot be considered average.

Limit values 0.2 0.8

FP values 0 0

Graphically, the solution to this problem is shown in Figure 15.

Figure 15 - Values of the FP at the boundary points

for the term "Probability medium"

For simplicity, we use a 3-fold partition. The partitioning technique is as follows:

Assign the value of the argument at which the FP is already equal to 1, and the value of the argument at which it is still equal to 1.

Suppose these will be the values of the argument equal to 0.3 and 0.7 (Figure 16).

Figure 16 - Values of the argument at which the FP takes the value 1.0.

· Assign the value of the argument for which the value of FF (0.5) lies in the middle between the values of FF for points 0.2 and 0.3.

Let's assume that this will be the value of the argument equal to 0.27.

· assign the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.75) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for the points 0.27 and 0.3.

Let's assume that this will be the value of the argument equal to 0.282.

· assign the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.25) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for points 0.2 and 0.27.

Let's assume that this will be the value of the argument equal to 0.24.

Consider the right half-interval for the term "Probability is average".

· Assign the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.5) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for points 0.7 and 0.8.

Let's assume that this will be the value of the argument equal to 0.74.

· assign the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.75) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for points 0.7 and 0.74.

Let's assume that this will be the value of the argument equal to 0.72.

· assign the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.25) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for the points 0.74 and 0.8.

Let's assume that this will be the value of the argument equal to 0.76.

Thus, the results of the previous actions for the term "Probability average" will be as follows:

Graphically, this solution is shown in Figure 17.

Figure 17 - Type of FP for the term "Probability average"

7.3 Let's consider 3 terms and define the semantics of the term "Probability is high". For it, we determine the values of the FP at the boundary points.

Limit values 0,600 1,0
FP values

Graphically, the solution to this problem is shown in Figure 18.

Finding the FP values in the given interval.

The procedure for performing this stage is similar to 7.1, so we present only the final results.

· the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.5) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for points 0.6 and 1.0 is 0.7.

Figure 18 – FP values at boundary points

for the term "Probability is high"

· the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.25) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for points 0.6 and 0.7 is equal to 0.64.

· the value of the argument for which the value of the FF (0.75) lies in the middle between the values of the FF for points 0.7 and 1.0 is equal to 0.85.

Thus, the results of the calculations for this term will be as follows:

Figure 19 - Type of FP for the term "Probability is high"

Conclusion. Thus, as a result of all stages, it is possible to construct the membership function of the linguistic variable "Probability" (Figure 12).

Figure 20 - General view of the linguistic membership function

variable "Probability"

INDIRECT METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FP

One of the possible methods for constructing a membership function is a method based on a quantitative comparison of the degrees of membership of individual decision makers (decision makers). The result of the decision maker's survey is a matrix of size n´n, where n is the number of points where the values of the membership function are compared. Matrix element B is a subjective assessment of the relationship and shows how many times, according to the decision maker, more . The value is assigned in accordance with the point scale, the values of which are interpreted in accordance with the intensity scale.

By definition and in order to agree on the estimates of the decision maker, it is established that . Membership function values at points are determined based on the solution of the problem of finding the eigenvector of the matrix IN

,

where is the maximum eigenvalue of the matrix IN; is the corresponding eigenvector; t is the transposition symbol.

Since the matrix IN is positive by construction, the solution to this problem always exists and is unique. It can be shown that in this case

.

In this case, the values of the membership function are measured in the ratio scale. The described method has a number of advantages:

The procedure of paired comparisons used in the method is quite simple for the decision maker, since it does not impose a priori restrictions on him, for example, it does not require transitivity of judgments;

The method allows for the inconsistency of the expert's estimates observed in practice (meaning that ) and at the same time allows it to be taken into account and evaluated by introducing the inconsistency coefficient. If , then there is a situation of complete consistency of judgments; the more l, the greater the inconsistency of judgments of the DM;

The solution of the eigenvector problem leads to the measurement of the membership function in the ratio scale.

MODEL EXAMPLE

Let us consider a hypothetical example to illustrate the stages of obtaining a solution to a problem using the hierarchy analysis method. To harvest grain crops, you need to purchase a combine harvester. On the market there are machines of several firms of the same purpose. Which combine harvester to choose according to the needs of the buyer? In other words, it is necessary to assess the weight of the criteria for the machine that the consumer uses.

1. Outline the problem and define what you want to know.

2. Build a hierarchy, starting at the top (goal - in terms of management), through intermediate levels (criteria on which subsequent levels depend) to the lowest level (which is usually a list of alternatives).

3. Build a matrix of pairwise comparisons for the second level.

4. Check for consistency using the deviation from n.

The hierarchy scheme for the problem under consideration is shown in the figure. At the first (highest) level is a common goal: "Grain Harvester". At the second level, there are indicators (criteria) that clarify the goal.

Figure 21 - Hierarchy scheme for solving the problem of choosing a combine

Note 1. The example considers four criteria at the second level. This amount is chosen only to illustrate the method and is not related to the essence of the problem under consideration - the choice of the best grain combine.

Note 2. The magical properties of the number seven have long been known. So in the MAI, to conduct reasonable numerical comparisons, it is not recommended to compare more than 7 ± 2 elements. If there is a need to expand levels 2 and 3, then the principle of hierarchical decomposition should be used. In other words, if the number of criteria, for example, exceeds tens, then it is necessary to group the elements into comparable classes of approximately seven elements each.

After performing work at the stage of hierarchical representation of the problem, it is necessary to set the priorities of the criteria. To quantify the relative importance of factors in a problem situation, it is necessary to compile a matrix of pairwise comparisons. This matrix is presented in Table 1.

Table 1 - General view of the matrix of pairwise comparisons

Overall satisfaction with the machine A 1 A2 A 3 . . . A N
A 1 1/1 w1/w2 w1/w3 . . . w 1 /w n
A2 w2/w1 1/1 w2/w3 . . . w2/wn
A 3 w3/w1 w3/w2 1/1 . . . w 3 /w n
. . . . . . . . . . . . 1/1 . . .
A N w n / w 1 w n /w 2 w n / w 3 . . . 1/1

Here A 1 , A 2 , A 3 , ..., A n is a set of n elements; w 1 , w 2 , w 3 , ..., w n - respectively, their weight or intensity.

Note 1. The purpose of compiling such a matrix is to identify the factors with the highest importance values, so that they can then be focused on when solving a problem or developing a plan of action.

Note 2. If it is expected that w 1 , w 2 ,..., w n are not known in advance (and this is a very common situation), then pairwise comparisons of elements are made using subjective judgments, numerically estimated on a scale (see appendix).

Note 3. It should be emphasized that in the MAI, by convention, the relative importance of the left elements of the matrix is compared with the elements at the top. Therefore, if the element on the left is more important than the element above, then a positive integer (from 1 to 9) is entered into the cell; otherwise, the reciprocal of the number (a fraction, for example, 1/5). The relative importance of any element compared to itself is 1; therefore, the diagonal of the matrix (Table 1) contains only ones. Finally, symmetrical cells are filled with reciprocals, i.e. if element A 1 is perceived as slightly more important. (3 on the scale) relative to element A 2 , then element A 2 is considered slightly less important (1/3 on the scale) relative to element A 1 .

Let's make a matrix of pairwise comparisons for our task (Table 2).

Synthesis of priorities

Alpha-fetoprotein is a protein mass. It is found in the liver and AFP, a precursor to albumin. It belongs to one of the very first identified tumor markers (confirmed).

Indications

Now let's figure out what an AFP blood test means when it is prescribed to a person. The indications are as follows:

  1. If you suspect a disease such as damage to the liver by cancer cells.
  2. When monitoring a patient with cancer.
  3. To monitor the development of the fetus in the womb.
  4. To diagnose any fetal defects.
  5. For the treatment of various tumors that form in the cells of the embryo.

In order to understand what an AFP blood test means, it is important to know that the result of this study makes it possible to understand whether there are any pathologies in the fetus, the unborn child. Besides, this survey allows you to detect the presence of a disease such as liver cancer. And also AFP allows you to determine the presence of oncology in the male organs of the reproductive system. When the body is infected with testicular cancer, AFP is present in the body in most cases. It is especially evident in the later stages of the disease.

What does an AFP blood test mean during pregnancy?

Alpha protein has a protective function. Its essence lies in the fact that it protects the fetus from the woman's immune system. Alpha protein prevents fetal rejection.

In addition, it provides oxygen transfer to the fetus. At the beginning of the ovarian tissue, the corpus luteum is isolated. Further, the fetus itself performs this function. This usually happens after 5 weeks. The AFP index increases in the blood of a woman in position and in the blood of the fetus. This indicator reaches its maximum level at the 32nd week of pregnancy. Then it starts to decline. After the child was born, this indicator has an overestimated value. But after a year, it's back to normal.

When deciphering the values of this indicator, it is necessary to adhere to certain norms. You should be aware that they differ depending on the technique.

Norms

We figured out what an AFP blood test means. And what are the rules?

The norm for the content of AFP in the body of a woman who is carrying a child is 10 ng / ml, but it can reach up to 8 IU / ml. In order to bring the values of the indicators to a single indicator, the value of MoM was introduced. This abbreviation means multiplec of median. MoM allows you to compare different levels of AFP at different stages of pregnancy. In addition, the use of MoM makes it possible to compare test results obtained from different laboratories. For AFP, the norm is from 0.5 to 2.5 by Mom. Depending on which biochemical methods were used in the analysis, its performance may fluctuate. There are two ways to get the results of the presence of AFP in the body. Namely, immunochemical and enzyme immunoassay. In order to conduct a study, it is necessary to collect the following substances:

  1. The liquid part of blood, namely plasma or serum.
  2. Fluid that is present between the pleura.
  3. Ascitic fluid.
  4. Contents of the cyst.
  5. Bile.
  6. Fluid from the uterus.

How should I take a blood test for AFP?

To identify the overall picture of the state of the body, it is necessary to take this analysis several times. According to its indicators, the dynamics of the development of a particular process in the body will be clear. AFP is considered a tumor marker. Therefore, it can be compared with the results of analyzes of other tumor markers.

For accurate diagnosis, a blood test for AFP should be taken in the same laboratory. This is necessary so that the results are made by one method.

Raised AFP. What does it indicate?

If the analysis shows that there is an increased level of AFP in the human body, this does not mean that the person has cancer. To make a diagnosis, it is necessary to do a complex and not just donate blood for AFP (alpha-fetoprotein). For accurate diagnosis, the doctor prescribes an additional examination to the patient, for example, MRI, ultrasound, tomography, histology.

What pathologies can a person have with an elevated level of AFP?

  1. Oncological diseases of the liver and gallbladder.
  2. Neoplasms of pancreatic tissue.
  3. Oncology of the stomach and intestines.
  4. Damage to the lungs by cancer cells.
  5. The formation of malignant cells in the genitals of men and women.
  6. The presence of metastases in the body.

In addition to oncology, an elevated AFP test may indicate the presence of other diseases in the body. For example, it can be: cirrhosis, hepatitis, advanced forms of alcoholism. Or liver failure. In obstetrics and gynecology, this indicator indicates any features of the body. a high level of AFP can be a consequence of the fact that there is a multiple pregnancy in the body. Also, an increased level of this analysis can become a signal of any violations of its development. For example, the presence of anencephaly in the development of the fetus, spinal defects, umbilical hernia and other pathologies.

Reduced level

In addition to an elevated AFP level, there may also be a reduced level. What does it mean? If we talk about pregnant women, then a decrease in AFP may indicate the development of Down syndrome in an unborn child.

Mental retardation is also possible. The death of the fetus is also accompanied by a decrease in the indicator of this analysis. A miscarriage may occur with a low rate or a false pregnancy.

How to prepare for surrender?

In order for the AFP test to be reliable, it is necessary to follow the recommendations for preparation. A couple of weeks before the delivery of material for research, you should stop taking any medications. Since they can affect the results of the analysis. Immediately before donating blood, it is necessary to follow a certain diet, namely, to refuse fatty and spicy foods. Also, do not drink alcohol. Physical exercise can also affect the result of the analysis. Therefore, a couple of days before the visit to the laboratory, you should stop playing sports and any loads. These include carrying heavy bags, cleaning, long walks. It is necessary to spend the days before taking the analysis in a calm state. Do not eat the night before blood donation. It is necessary to stop eating after 9 pm. In the morning, ordinary water is allowed, but not more than 200 milliliters. Do not drink tea or coffee. Since drinking anything other than water can affect the level of protein in the blood. This analysis must be taken in the morning, almost immediately after sleep. Therefore, it is better that the laboratory is located directly next to the place of residence.

This type of analysis began to be done relatively recently, namely in the 70s of the last century. At this time, scientists calculated that an increase in the AFP level in the blood is a consequence of the presence of serious diseases in the body. More often, this study is prescribed for pregnant women, in order to identify any abnormalities in the development of the fetus.

Conclusion

Now you know AFP, the decoding of this study is discussed in detail in the article. If you are planning to undergo this examination, then be sure to prepare for it.
