Job responsibilities of a livestock farm mechanic. Job description of a laboratory assistant on a dairy farm in Belarus. Preface to the job description

Organization of labor is the process of establishing rational forms of its division and cooperation, placement of workers, presupposes compliance with the correct quantitative proportions and the optimal relationship between labor force and means of production, creating the most favorable working conditions, ensuring effective action and coordinated interaction of the entire team in the production process. The main goal of labor organization is to ensure the highest productivity in the specific conditions of a farm or complex.

Forms of labor organization. Effective use labor resources on farms and complexes, along with the correct placement of performers at work places and their appropriate equipment, it presupposes the establishment of clear interaction between workers and the creation of optimal forms of labor cooperation. The form of labor organization in dairy farming depends on the method of keeping livestock, the system of machines and mechanisms used in the production process.

A production team is a permanent independent team that, with an appropriate division of labor, performs the entire range of animal care work and is responsible for the final results. The team of the brigade is assigned production facilities, livestock and means of mechanization of technological processes. She is informed of the production plan, labor and material input limits (feed, bedding, etc.). As a rule, production is managed and organized by a released foreman.

In conditions industrial technology with free-stall housing of cows, the most effective form of division and cooperation of labor is specialized teams and units. Rational, on large mechanized farms and complexes. with tethered livestock keeping, teams of 20 to 30 people are considered, with loose livestock - from 15 to 25 people. On small farms (100-200 cows) it is better to create links.

A specialized team serves animals of the same species and production purpose (dairy herd). It is created taking into account the size of the farm or complex and the characteristics of the adopted technology. There may be specialized teams for servicing the dairy herd, raising replacement heifers and heifers.

Within teams in a workshop milk production system, labor is specialized and, as a rule, workers care for a physiologically homogeneous group of cows housed in a separate room (workshop) or section. If the size of the farm (complex) is sufficiently large, specialized units (for example, in a milk production workshop) consisting of 4-6 people can be allocated within the team. The maintenance team performs some technological operations using tractors, cars, electric cars, feed mills and carries out Maintenance machines and equipment with which production is equipped. In large livestock complexes, there is a need to create an independent team (or unit), which includes tractor machine operators, mechanics, feed shop workers, electricians and other workers for the maintenance and operation of mechanisms. Such a team is usually led by a mechanic. Intra-brigade labor organization. One of the decisive factors in improving the organization of labor on farms and complexes is the further deepening of its division between separate groups of performers and the correct distribution of responsibilities. On large industrial farms and complexes there is a deeper division of labor.

The functions of preparing cows for calving are performed by a worker in the dry animal workshop. The organization and conduct of calvings, their reception is carried out by the operator of the maternity ward; milking is carried out by milkmaids of the milking and insemination department. Operators receive the main products machine milking in a milk production workshop. Calves up to 20 days of age are raised by the dispensary's calf sheds; distribution of feed - feed operators. Removing manure using mobile means, delta scraper and self-rafting - machine operators; cow insemination - reproduction specialists.

The use of means of complex mechanization of technological processes involves changing the forms within the brigade organization of work, replacing individual herd service with collective service, and introducing a link organization of work. This allows you to significantly increase the efficiency of using high-performance equipment. A link is a permanent group of workers in a livestock brigade that, on the basis of cooperation and division of labor, performs work on servicing the dairy herd or a separate part technological process. The essence of the link form is that a certain group of cows is assigned to several workers. In the conditions of industrial milk production technology, the improvement of the link form follows the path of specialization of the team to perform certain jobs, combining related and related professions. Specialized units are organized both on a professional basis - milkmaids, cattlemen-mechanizers, who together, in the division of labor, serve the same herd (farm), and on a workshop basis (with a flow-shop milk production system). Specialized units are created on large farms and complexes to jointly perform homogeneous functions for servicing a general group of cows or a certain group of cows in a specific workshop (in a workshop system). In both cases, the basis is collective material interest and responsibility, based on cooperation and division of labor. The size of the units can be from 3 to 5-6 people. One of the team members is a senior worker. He organizes the work of the team and keeps records of it. Mixed units are created on the basis of cooperation of labor of workers of different specialties (milkmaids, cattlemen, calf workers, tractor drivers) and serve a small herd (farm) in conditions of tethered housing. It performs the entire volume of work on caring for, feeding, milking, and grazing the group of cows assigned to them with an appropriate division of labor. The named links represent a variety of forms of intra-brigade labor organization, and the choice of one form or another depends on the specific conditions of the economy, farm and the level of concentration of production. General principle for all forms is a combination of collective service of the herd with the personal responsibility of each member of the link.

Distribution of responsibilities between performers. Responsibilities between performers are distributed as follows. The machine milking operator has the highest degree of labor specialization. The milking process is the most complex and responsible in dairy farming. He demands highly qualified workers, necessary knowledge animal physiology, the process of milk formation and milk ejection. The operator must have a good knowledge of the structure of milking equipment, the rules of operation and care for it, and have knowledge of the rational organization of milking in the specific conditions of the farm (complex) and a certain type of milking installation. The operator's responsibilities include milking cows, caring for equipment and cleaning the workplace. For rational use In order to obtain qualified labor of machine milking operators and increase its productivity on ordinary farms, it is advisable to assign the functions of feeding cows and cleaning the premises to livestock feeders. The operator of the maternity ward (workshop) receives cows 8-10 days before the department; prepares them for calving; monitors the condition of the udder; when pre-calving signs appear, transfers cows to stalls where calving takes place; conducts calving; milks cows with a machine, starting from the first day after calving; monitors the health of animals and, if necessary, notifies veterinarians; assists in the treatment of cows. During seasonal calvings and partial loads, the operator feeds the cows, cleans them, cleans the premises, and monitors the health and safety of the resulting offspring before transferring them to the dispensary.

The dispensary operator receives calves from the maternity ward, feeds them until they are 20 days old, monitors the health of the young animals, and maintains cleanliness and the necessary zoohygienic conditions in the premises.

Livestock mechanics perform work on the preparation, delivery and distribution of feed into stationary feeders or load them onto a conveyor belt. For this purpose, a tractor and mobile feed dispensers are used. On small farms where there are no means of comprehensive mechanization, horse-drawn transport is used to deliver feed. Locksmiths. Their responsibilities include maintenance of milking installations, storage tanks and milk coolers, and automatic drinkers. stationary feed distribution plants, conveyors for manure removal. Fitters-adjusters of large farms and complexes service milking installations, carry out technical care for all equipment of the milking unit, participate together with operators in disassembling and assembling devices, adjusting them, flushing milk pipelines, setting up the compressor unit. Work and rest schedule. On dairy farms and complexes, it is important to maintain a ratio between working time and breaks that ensures optimal level productivity and support high performance of people. The start and end times of the working day have a great influence on the working capacity of dairy farm workers. The working day with a two-cycle schedule begins at 7-8 hours and ends at 22 hours with a break from 12 to 18 hours. In this case, the entire volume of work on the farm is performed in two cycles - 3-4 hours each (depending on the period of the year) at twice a day milking.

From the first day, it is recommended to milk new cows the same number of times as in the main herd. This develops a certain regime for the frequency of milking and does not affect the decrease in milk yield when transferred to the herd (milking department). Double machine milking of new-calf cows, starting from the first day, does not have a negative impact on their subsequent milk production and reduces labor costs by 25-30%. The daily routine for double milking is given in table. 1.
