General provisions

1.1.

The main task of the loading and unloading operator (hereinafter referred to as the loader) is to carry out loading and unloading operations at the serviced facility.

1.2. The loader reports directly to the manager of the department for working with large and regional facilities or the manager of the production department responsible for work at the serviced facility.

1.3. The loader is appointed and dismissed in the manner established by the company, by order of the General Director.

1.4. The loader must know: safety requirements when carrying out loading and unloading operations, rules for working with manual cargo carts, hydraulic carts, and other loading and unloading equipment provided by the Company and the customer to service the facility.

1.5. In his work, the loader is guided by the current legislative acts of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the enterprise, Internal regulations, orders (instructions) of the General Director, Quality Policy and internal regulatory documents of the company.

2. Functional responsibilities

The loader performs the following functional duties:

2.1. Moving, loading and unloading cargo (boxes), goods, materials manually or using mechanisms designed for loading and unloading operations.

2.2. Stowing cargo on hand carts, including hydraulic ones, placing them in a warehouse.

2.3. Preparing cargo for loading and unloading (unstacking, disassembling and assembling furniture, packaging, etc.).

2.4. Checking the integrity of the cargo.

2.5. Arrangement of cargo according to the layout of the premises and the number of floors of storage.

2.6. Compliance with the nomenclature of goods placement.

2.7. Cleaning your workplace

2.8. Comply with norms, rules and instructions on labor protection, fire safety and internal labor regulations.

2.9. Perform only assigned work.

3. Rights

The Loader has no right to represent on behalf of the Company.

3.1. Timely receive from the economic department the necessary consumables, chemicals, equipment, inventory, and other labor tools related to the scope of its activities;

3.2.Make proposals to the immediate supervisor on the rational use of loading and unloading mechanisms and other means of labor; demand provision of normal working conditions (premises, workplace);

3.3. Use the Instructions, orders, regulations, Rules and other documents regulating the work of the loader approved by the General Director;

3.4. Inform the company management about existing shortcomings in the maintenance of the facility.

4. Responsibility

The loader is responsible:

4.1. For poor quality and untimely fulfillment of tasks and duties provided for in these Instructions.

4.2. For non-use and/or misuse of the rights granted by these Instructions.

4.3. For failure to comply with Instructions, orders, instructions, Rules and other documents regulating the work of the loader.

4.4. For failure to comply with safety and fire safety regulations.

4.5. For damage to or negligent attitude towards storage and use, theft of the company’s property and the serviced facility.

4.6. For rude attitude (behavior) when communicating with staff and visitors of the serviced facility and company.

4.7. For unkempt appearance, lack of uniform and badge when performing excess duties.

4.8. For issuing confidential information about the company and clients or collecting information by penetrating the computer network of the serviced facility or viewing its documentation.
