" Caesarean section - “What to do if you were sent to three letters - to the ACL.” What to do if they send three letters

B if you were sent with three letters

Original taken from kadievrasul in if you were sent with three letters

If you were sent to three letters, that is, to court, then you had the chance to see how jurisprudence is closely connected with economics.

Increasing the salaries of judges has become a reliable barrier to their independence, as they are afraid of losing this wages and are ready for any loyalty for this.

Operators, investigators and prosecutors also had their salaries raised, moreover, higher than that of judges. It is clear that they, too, are not ready to lose their positions and salaries because some judge did not believe the extracted testimony and acquitted the person. Therefore in Russian Federation operational support of criminal cases in court (that is, attacks on judges) is in full swing, supported by a growing wave of scientific works about the value of such operational support. As a result, the parties agreed and came to a world according to which some catch, others imprison, and no one will get anything for it except salaries, bonuses and statuses.

Strangely enough, the lower strata turned out to be the extreme ones, that is, those who shoot and those who directly catch them. In Dagestan, the highest ranks of the police established a reinforced regime for the lower ranks, as a result of which the unhappy traffic police officers in twenty bobbies (about 100 people) gathered in Makhachkala for a rally. They are not paid enough to endure such a heightened regime and level of danger.

You don’t need to go through three letters, but just read our legislation to understand that market laws here work as they should and for whom they need them. For example, Article 6.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation provides for a fine for engaging in prostitution in the amount of 1.5 to 2 thousand rubles. Anyone who “completely by accident” stumbled upon the Internet this type services, or also “accidentally” asked friends about this type of service, or “by an absurd coincidence” was a user of this service and knows that this is no more than 1/3 of the priestess of love’s fee for the night. When the punishment does not discourage people from engaging in prohibited activities, but establishes a meager fine on profits from this prohibited activity, then this is already a permitted activity. That is, the legislator, apparently “quite by accident,” often uses the services of prostitutes, for which purpose he legalized this activity by establishing a symbolic fee for prostitution.

Reading crime news, you understand that this is economic news.

For example, in Makhachkala, at the Zagorodny market, a shootout took place between market security and entrepreneurs who did not want to pay to enter the market. The place in the sun on the Dagestan market is very hot and despite joining the WTO, the owners of the Zagorodny market do not want to lose their income.

In the evening, traffic police officers were fired upon once again in Khasavyurt, as a result, both died. Khasavyurt and the market are synonymous and we have an example of a war for control of the market.

It is clear that if the security forces block everyone’s entrance to the market, then the threat of multimillion-dollar losses will push the resident traders and large owners of the Khasavyurt market to deal with banditry in a week. But either the security forces did not teach economics or they have other economic interests.

In a word, no matter where you are sent to court, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to illegal armed groups, you always end up in economic relations, because a person cannot live outside the economy.

In fact, I’m about to have a cesarean section for the second time. And I decided to write down my impressions of the first operation - as a memory, and in general, in case it will be useful to someone. I really hope that my review will calm someone down and set them on the right wave)

Long before...

I knew from childhood that I would someday have a caesarean section - “thanks” to my vision problems. In addition, I myself was born precisely thanks to the operation, so, one might say, this is our “dynastic” way of giving birth to children. True, my mother was left with an ugly vertical scar. But this circumstance had to be taken for granted.

Perhaps because of all these circumstances, I was very calm about the CS. I sometimes read reviews or forums on “mother’s” sites, almost every post there is about cesarean with the words “I found out that there will be a CS, I’m crying,” etc. I didn't have that. Well, caesarean, well, yes...)

Shortly before..

My pregnancy was a C grade - I had to lie in the hospital and go to the regional center to see the doctors (there was no point, but I bought myself a beautiful dress there, gee). Throughout my pregnancy I had a weird feeling - what if I don’t reach the due date and start giving birth myself? I've read all about it. how to give birth yourself, every training contraction I thought I was giving birth, but my theoretical knowledge helped me stay cool. Although I admit that theory and practice are different things)

Of course, I also read about caesarean sections. I was pleased with the thought that I would be conscious - I always prefer to see what they are doing to me. The only thing that scared me about the upcoming operation was the enema) Well, it seemed like a terrible dream to me, I dreamed of avoiding it and was afraid of this manipulation like hell.

Right before...

I had a PCS done in a neighboring city - in the city of Gubkin, Belgorod region, in the local one and only maternity hospital. This is back in the USSR) But there, through an acquaintance, I found a good doctor who was recommended to me. I went for a consultation a couple of times. They didn’t admit me to the hospital before the operation - they just set a date and told me to come early in the morning with my things. The day before we were forbidden to eat. By the way, I remember that I wanted to destroy the entire refrigerator) There was no excitement, before the operation I slept well and went to meet the child. Even though this terrible, terrible enema was waiting for me before)))

Operation...

I arrived at the maternity hospital at 6.45 am. They forced me to change into a hospital gown, size 56, considering my size 42, it looked very possible - oversize, that's all). They even forced me to take off my underpants, put them in a bag along with my things and give them to my husband. That's it, at this moment you disappear as a person) There is a week ahead in the maternity hospital, when you belong to the maternity hospital, wear maternity hospital clothes and are generally not your own master.

But it was lyrical digression. Before the CS, I was processed, filled out the documents and... there you go! They took me for an enema) It seemed to me that it was so humiliating, disgusting and disgusting, and in general... But in principle it turned out that it was only a few minutes and it was quite possible to endure. Realizing that the worst stage for me was over, I relaxed and began to enjoy pestering the staff with questions.

I was given spinal anesthesia. The injection is not painful, you just need to sit for a while without moving. Of course, you feel like something is entering your back, but if, for example, you did a tattoo, like me, then for you this is the same “mosquito bite.” Then the lower part of your body gradually goes numb, you are placed on the operating table, everyone around you is slowly getting ready, walking around in white coats, talking to you. In short, a pleasant atmosphere.

The operation itself lasted about 40 minutes. They took my daughter out at about 15 minutes and immediately showed me this wrinkled, displeased madam screaming) by the way, before that the CTG showed that she was sleeping, so we woke her up. If I were her, I would scream too)

The sensations during the operation are not painful. You just feel like they are rocking you and pulling you in different directions and picking at you. Neutral feeling. The only moment was when they took out the child - the chest was wildly compressed, as if our 100-kilogram anesthesiologist uncle had sat on it. And then the pressure dropped. But then they raised it. Next, the mother is “darned”, the child is washed, weighed, and taken away. Mom, too, with a parade escort of nurses, goes to the ward.

Right after...

In the ward, I immediately started calling my husband, mother, my coach, took a selfie on Instagram - in short, I was cheerful and cheerful. But after half an hour I began to shake violently. It was no longer possible to hold the phone, talk, or generally control myself. It turned out that the pressure dropped very significantly. They put me on IVs, put heating pads on me, and I fell asleep. Sometimes I woke up, they brought the baby, and I fell asleep again.

In general, I planned to get up as early as possible, for the sake of quick recovery. But my body turned out to be against it - the anesthesia didn’t want to go away) My legs only started working late at night, when the nurse picked me up and sent me to the toilet. The pain, of course, was hellish. It’s scary to get up, your stomach hurts as if you’re going to die right here. In general, those who believe that caesarean section is easy way and “lafa”, let him go through this procedure himself.

In fact, a caesarean section doesn’t hurt at first, but it hurts like hell later. I forced myself to walk, plus on the second day they brought me my daughter at my full disposal, so I had to forget about self-pity. I have developed several techniques for myself to relieve the pain. I will share them with those who have read this far:

  • Bandage! A postpartum bandage is a very useful thing. I tightened it tighter, it fixed the seam and the pain dulled slightly. And if without a bandage I once walked down the corridor and fainted from pain, with a bandage no such embarrassment happened. Yes, it hurts, but you can live.
  • Try to straighten up. It’s a paradox, but it’s also less painful. At first, I walked heavily leaning forward. It's hard, especially when you're carrying a child in your arms. Then I tried to straighten up and was surprised to find that it was possible. In the process of straightening, it hurts and hurts, but the more vertical you are, the easier it is for you.
  • Getting out of bed through a sitting position. Personally, I first lowered my legs, grabbed the nightstand with my hand and, holding the weight on my hand, slowly straightened up.
  • The fourth method is psychological. You need some kind of anchor of calm in this world where everything has changed for you. For me it was self-care. I washed my face, wiped my face with tonic, applied cream, combed my hair, plucked my eyebrows in rare moments of freedom - and the strength appeared again.

After discharge...

Of course, the days in the maternity hospital can hardly be called a resort. This is a hellish pain that must be overcome. This is a constant cycle of feeding, pumping, kneading the breasts and so on and so forth... There is no time to sleep there. According to my calculations, I slept about 40 minutes a day. Plus, I couldn’t wash my hair, go to the shower, and the toilet doors wouldn’t close) In short, I barely made it until the 6th day and simply begged my doctor to let me go, promised her anything to get me discharged. And she gave up. When I was discharged, my husband, at my request, brought me high-heeled shoes and I decided that from that moment on I wouldn’t pay attention to the seam. And so it happened) Outside the maternity hospital, the worries overwhelmed me, so I simply stopped paying attention to the pain.

My conclusions:

So, conclusions. Of course, cesarean is a matter of evidence, not personal sympathy. But I urge those who have to go through this not to be afraid, but to try to get through everything with the least possible losses. Don’t lose courage, know that the pain will be less and less every day, the stitch will heal, the scar will be less noticeable, the stomach will also go away. But at least your child will be with you) And if suddenly someone begins to criticize you from the category “If you didn’t give birth yourself, you’re not a mother,” know that these are not your problems, but the critics’. You also suffered for your child.

Of course, after a cesarean section it is difficult and long to recover. And the figure gets worse, and the back hurts, and the seam can become a scar, the skin around the seam feels like someone else’s. But you can live with all this) It's not as scary as it might seem.

I wish you a successful pregnancy, a successful birth and an easy recovery! Take care of your health so that your children have the healthiest, most beautiful, happy and full of strength mother!
