Chapter 1 PREMISES AND EQUIPMENT OF HAIRDRESSING SALONS. EQUIPMENT AND ORGANIZATION OF WORKPLACES. GENERAL RULES FOR VISITOR SERVICE

1. List:

a) main types of hairdressing salons:

men's, women's and mixed. Depending on the composition of the room, the equipment and fixtures, the use of perfumery and cosmetic materials

b) main types of hairdressing salons:

qualifications of professionals, there are several types of hairdressing salons: luxury salons, hairdressing salons, hairdressing salons.

· Luxury salons - provide the most complex, comprehensive and high-quality hairdressing and cosmetic services, as well as medical and health courses in massage rooms, gymnastics and gyms. Luxury salons differ in the quantity and quality of service. Here they do exclusive hairstyles, makeup, manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, using advanced technologies, the latest advanced equipment and tools. At least 25% of the number of hairdressers must have the rank of “madeler-artist”, the rest specialists of the 4th and 5th ranks, first-class cosmetologists, manicurists and pedicurists with at least two years of work experience.

· Hairdressing salons - offer artistic hairstyles for various purposes, haircuts, coloring and other types of hairdressing services using modern technologies. They use high-quality and branded equipment and materials. There are sufficiently qualified personnel, hairdressers-fashion designers of 4-5 categories (at least 50%), as well as cosmetologists, manicurists and pedicurists (at least a year of experience). The cost of service in hairdressing salons is usually lower than in luxury salons.

· Hairdressing salons - provide all necessary types of hairdressing services and use equipment and materials with a lower level and quality of assortment. They employ hairdressers, cosmetologists, manicurists and pedicurists. In women's hairdressing salons, in addition to the hair processing room, there may be other necessary premises for manicure and pedicure; the manicure workplace is usually located directly in the workroom. In men's hairdressing salons, a manicure workstation can also be installed. Mixed hair salons are all the same. Waiting rooms can be separate or shared depending on the area of the room.

2. Fill out the table:

3. List the types of ventilation that hairdressing salons are equipped with:

  • Design of ventilation systems

Sanitary standards, technical specifications, manuals and installation rules

In addition to engineering structures for supplying heat, water, electricity and drainage, there are mandatory sanitary and hygienic requirements for the premises of SPA salons, manicure and pedicure rooms, beauty institutes, etc. public commercial premises is the presence of high-quality ventilation with mechanical motivation.

Compliance with standard microclimatic parameters will create a pleasant atmosphere in beauty salons, studios and offices, which will attract visitors and increase the profitability of the business. Installation of ventilation equipment is carried out taking into account the fact that the air exchange system in hairdressing salons and salons must be independent, not connected with general air purification systems installed in residential or administrative buildings where they are located.

Photo: ventilation in a hairdressing salon in the south-west of Moscow

Effective ventilation will make the beauty salon truly comfortable and cozy. In such a room it will be pleasant to have a French manicure and pedicure, try out hardware cosmetology products (ultrasonic laser facial cleansing, bioepilation and depilation), and receive hairdressing services (perm, coloring, extensions, hair highlighting, etc.) performed by pleasant hairdressers , makeup artists and stylists.

What kind of ventilation is needed in hairdressing salons?

Whether ventilation is needed in a hairdressing salon is up to the owner to decide. But for the full functioning of beauty salons, it is necessary to constantly remove excess heat and humidity generated by large crowds of people and operating equipment (hair dryers, hot water taps, curling irons and hair straightening irons). In addition, there are GOST standards for sanitary and epidemiological requirements and operating rules for hairdressing and beauty salons, the purpose of which is to prevent the onset and spread of infection among staff and visitors. In addition to bacteria, fungi and viruses, hair salons and spas contain sources of fine dust, hair and chemicals (lip gloss, shower gel, nail polish, hair dye, Botox, etc.). Based on the presence of a large number of potential sources of air pollution, owners of beauty salons are required to install a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system.

Examples of completed projects

Among the projects completed by our climate control company StroyEngineering LLC:

  • beauty salon located in the basement (ground floor);
  • hairdressing salon, located on the 1st floor of a residential building (three-room apartment and utility room of 100 sq.m);
  • a beauty institute, where they provide services - plastic surgery, electrolysis, removal of moles and warts (cryotherapy, cryodestruction);
  • cosmetology clinic with facilities for eyelid and lip contouring, breast mammoplasty (lifting, augmentation), liposuction, Restylane, figure and nose correction, mesotherapy, rhinoplasty, Dysport, Botox and photorejuvenation, dermatology, osteopathy, reflexology.

In buildings with more than 5 floors, ventilation pipes were installed in accordance with SNiP 2.04.05-91 (“heating, ventilation and air conditioning”). With a one and a half meter tolerance to prevent the spread of unpleasant odors and dust into rooms located on the top floors. The projects took into account the availability of utility and sanitary premises that do not require artificial air supply, and the number of jobs in hairdressing salons was taken into account. Calculation actions were carried out based on the maximum occupancy of the halls, with the installation of automatic control systems to save energy and reduce operating costs.

In the SPA salon, where a sports club and a fitness center were equipped, modern fitness programs were introduced, Vichy showers and algae wraps were used, and modern climate control equipment was installed. Wall-mounted split systems were installed in the beauty salons, ducted air conditioners in the gym, and dehumidifiers and air heaters in the locker rooms. Air purification in the salon building was carried out by supply and exhaust ventilation, with industrial filters and fans.

Standards for air exchange rates in hairdressing salons

In rooms where cosmetic and health procedures are performed (back treatment, eyelash extensions, peeling, permanent eyebrow makeup, etc.), StroyEngineering specialists design an air exchange rate of up to 4 cubic meters per hour for each person. The calculation is made according to the regulations of SNiP 2.04.05-91 and II-33-75 heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. In accordance with SNiP II-33-75, beauty salons use a common coolant and heating equipment with the main building.

Photo: ventilation of a Moscow cosmetic clinic with a spa salon

Natural ventilation is an important part of the ecosystem in hairdressing and beauty salons. Along with mechanical ventilation elements, our designers provide for the use of a natural air exchange system. These measures not only reduce operating costs for energy consumption, but also ensure compliance with the rules of SanPiN 2.1.2.1199-03.

Ventilation and air conditioning systems installed by StroyEngineering professionals in massage and beauty salons, manicure and pedicure rooms in hairdressing salons, prevent the spread of viral and other diseases, and remove harmful fumes of perfume and chemical origin. The climatic parameters of premises in beauty institutes and cosmetology clinics meet GOST service standards and are approved by the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Authority. The equipment is designed to be isolated from the general ventilation systems of buildings and structures in which they are located.

Heating is standardized with a tolerance of up to 2 degrees C vertically (1.5 m from the floor) and horizontally (from external walls) during the cold period. At the same time, in SPA salons, rooms for highlighting, perming, dyeing and styling hair, the air temperature does not fall below 22 degrees C.

In the warm season, it is allowed to exceed the indoor temperature by 3 degrees C compared to outdoor values. For this purpose, air conditioners are installed in the design of beauty salons and hairdressing salons.

Taking into account SNiP and SanPiN requirements, the customer receives the following microclimatic parameters in the halls, offices and treatment rooms:

  • temperature – from 21 to 24 degrees C;
  • relative air humidity – 40-60%;
  • air flow speed – 0.1 m/s.

4. Complete the missing word:According to sanitary standards, lighting in a hairdressing salon should be bright and at the same time shadowless, and the light should convey shades of color well.

5. What types of lighting are used in hairdressing salons?

Each salon, SPA center and cosmetic center has its own image, the result of many components - architecture, decorative elements and much more. As the latest research, including from the field of psychology, shows, lighting is the factor that most strongly influences the formation of the image of a room and the feeling of comfort among visitors. Practice shows that owners spend as much money on lighting design as is left after repairs, purchasing furniture and equipment.

But the interior of a room and light are inextricably linked with each other; only lighting design can revive color, shape and volume, and give new life to an architectural object. The ability to create a variety of lighting solutions will allow you to simultaneously solve functional, aesthetic and emotional problems in accordance with the purpose of a particular room. But first things first…

Lighting design for a beauty salon

Lighting for a modern beauty salon is a complex, highly technical process. In order to combine lighting functionality, design and budget as much as possible, an integrated approach to the design of facility lighting is required: from creating a project and carrying out illumination calculations to its technical implementation.

Based on experience of working with objects of varying complexity and different levels of funding for one object, with a difference in budgets of up to two times, the same level of illumination can be achieved. In addition, modern lighting equipment is becoming more and more professional, energy-saving and economical. Lighting engineers note the almost limitless possibilities of modern lighting devices. With their help, you can give a respectable look or make the salon more homey. You can visually increase or decrease the size of the room, zone it using the play of light. But you need to approach this competently and professionally. Only then will the lighting solution be comfortable.

Reception area

The reception desk is the calling card of any salon. It is important to emphasize here that this is an establishment for women, that is, everything should look thematic and beautiful. In modern salons, the reception and waiting area are located in the same room. Lighting designers advise resorting to zoning the room using different lighting.

The reception area should become a bright spot in the room; it is here that it is important to organize a cheerful and businesslike mood. Low-mounted lighting fixtures with fluorescent lamps are ideal for this. The waiting area can be illuminated using a colored decorative lamp. If the room has high ceilings, overhead or pendant lamps with direct and reflected light can be used for general lighting; otherwise, recessed lamps will not be necessary.

As a rule, various posters, diplomas and certificates are located in the reception area; attention can be focused on them using built-in directional lamps or spotlights. Do not forget that when zoning a room, the color and texture of the walls, the type and color of the material with which the floor surface is treated, and the color and material from which the furniture is made are of no small importance for illumination. All these parameters affect illumination, since dark surfaces absorb light, and light surfaces reflect. Depending on whether there are light-reflecting tiles on the floor or a dark-colored carpet that absorbs a large amount of light, the illumination indicators will be different. However, you should not get carried away with a large number of lamps; there is a high probability of an undesirable glare effect.

Hairdressing area (hall)

Nothing should distract a woman from her own person, and high-quality lighting of the hairdressing area will save the hairdresser’s eyesight, and will force the visitor to give an extra compliment to his skill. An interesting solution for general lighting can be modular systems like Cobra for fluorescent lamps.

For accent lighting of the working areas of the hall, spotlights on a busbar can be used. An important advantage of the system is the high load-bearing load of the suspended installation, the ability to change the arrangement of installed floodlights or replace them without significant costs. If necessary, the spotlight can be disconnected from the power supply completely. Many spotlights have a modern design and are used in interiors with the highest technical and aesthetic requirements. To correctly determine the color and shade of hair (when dyeing), it is necessary that the light source be strong enough, but diffused. The best way to satisfy this condition are linear fluorescent lamps, which are located above the mirror. This will also allow the client’s face to be illuminated more advantageously and without shadows, and he will be satisfied.

Manicure and pedicure room

Ideally, when designing light in manicure and pedicure rooms, it is necessary to solve the problem, firstly, to create maximum illumination, and secondly, to provide the ability to vary its level.

This is achieved with the help of dimmers that control all the necessary lighting fixtures in the office. For low ceilings, downlights can be used. The lamps are easily mounted in a suspended ceiling; thanks to a special device, the luminous flux can be oriented (for rotating models) in the desired direction and have a wide variety of design options. If the ceilings are high, then it is advisable to use pendant lamps. Intense lighting at the master’s workplace is organized using table or floor lamps. It is important to find a middle ground here - on the one hand, to create a comfortable light environment for the visitor, on the other hand, to properly organize the master’s workplace.

Body care room (massage, wraps)

When designing light in an office, it is necessary to combine mutually exclusive things: on the one hand, intimacy, which is necessary to observe the sacrament of procedures, on the other, transparency. These two factors should be taken into account. The color scheme for the interior of the massage room area is generally better to make it neutral, for example, you can use shades of green, it will additionally relax and soothe. The light should be dim and soft. This can be achieved with the help of lamps, the design of which is implemented with the possibility of illumination not only by direct, but also by reflected light. Direct and reflected light will create a feeling of psychological comfort during the service.

Cosmetology office

In a cosmetology office, like no other, all medical requirements for procedures must be met, while one must not forget about the need to create a comfortable environment for rest and relaxation. The result should be a double effect: maximum and minimum light.

Of course, the dynamics of light plays an important role in realizing these requirements. It makes it possible to comply with all standards and create a pleasant, harmonious atmosphere. Moreover, it is not difficult to create such a flexible system. Firstly, diffused light can be created using downlights built into the ceiling with frosted diffusers and cold color temperature lamps. Secondly, directional, working light is organized using side lamps, sconces, giving light to the walls and the patient’s face. By redirecting the luminous flux of the sconce onto the wall, we get reflected light - the best for relaxation after procedures.

It is better to design a room with a solarium in warm colors with a warm color temperature of the lamps, which is reminiscent of summer. The most common solution for solarium rooms is to ensure that the general lighting is as close as possible to the spectrum of daylight. Almost always, the installation of lamps is carried out evenly, at a certain level and throughout the entire area of the office. For this purpose, modular suspension systems with fluorescent lamps or downlights can be used. Here, as a rule, a person evaluates and closely examines his body. Therefore, the emphasis is on the number of mirrors and the quality of their lighting. Light sources should not be placed on either side of mirrors. Doubling in the mirror, the rays will hit the eyes and highlight skin imperfections. It is much wiser to hang a lamp above the mirror - let the light flatter the appearance and add confidence to those who look into it.

Every year, many new beauty salons, SPA salons and cosmetic centers are opened in Russia, providing women with various types of cosmetic services.
A beauty salon is no longer only a form of noble and beautiful business, but also fierce competition between its participants. It has become vitally important to retain almost every client within our walls. Therefore, in recent years, salons at all levels have begun to look for new opportunities to gain consumer loyalty. And this is not only seating areas, TV, DVD, glossy magazines and drinks in the recreation area, but attempts on a subconscious level to enable the client to feel comfortable throughout the entire stay in your establishment. After all, a beauty salon is the very place where a woman gets the opportunity to relax after a working day, feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible.

6. Circle the letter of the correct answer. According to sanitary standards, the area of one workplace should be (m2): a)2.5; b)3; c)4.5; d)5.5.

7. What does a hairdresser’s workplace consist of?

The hairdresser's workplace is equipped with a dressing table and a chair. There are many designs of hairdressing dressing tables, usually a table lined with plastic with or without a sink mounted in it. The table has drawers for tools, accessories, perfumes and linen; an oval or rectangular mirror measuring at least 60 by 100 cm is installed above the table. The hairdressing chair must have a semi-soft seat with a back and armrests, upholstery made of waterproof materials and freely rotate around the vertical axes It is also desirable that it be equipped with a hydraulic lift, which allows, depending on the height of the client, to raise or lower the chair, as well as turn it in the desired direction. For the convenience of clients, the chair must be equipped with a special footrest. The location of dressing tables and chairs in the workroom of hairdressing salons can be different, depending on the area of the room and its shape. Dressing tables are placed against the wall or in the center of the room; you can also group them in twos, threes, etc. The main condition that must be met when placing equipment is compliance with the established distances between chairs. The hairdresser's working area should not be more than 90 cm away from the vertical axis of the chair; therefore, the minimum distance between the axes of two chairs should be 180 cm. If the working chair is located against a wall, then the distance between it and the wall should be at least 70 cm. According to sanitary standards, each hairdresser’s workplace is allocated at least 4.5 m2 of area. On the dressing table, the tools and devices used are placed in a certain order (from right to left), taking into account the rule: the more often an item is used in work, the closer it should be to the master. This makes it possible to reduce the number of movements of the hairdresser and therefore reduce his fatigue; if the tabletop is not large, you can install special carts with tools next to it. For more economical work of craftsmen, special work chairs are used. The master is obliged to keep his workplace and tools clean. At the end of the working day, the dressing table and all accessories must be thoroughly disinfected .

8. List the main types of preparatory work:

Preparatory and final work for servicing visitors in hairdressing salons are those works that are performed before and after the main technological process. Preparatory work includes preparing the workplace, tools, equipment, linen, supplies and materials necessary to perform the upcoming operation. Hand washing, disinfection of instruments, etc. The hairdresser must be at the workplace 15 minutes before the start to prepare for receiving clients, lay out tools and equipment. Check the serviceability of the equipment, obtain clean linen and materials, and place them on the dressing table or trolley. At the first contact with the client, it is necessary to offer to sit in a chair, to do this, the chair should first be turned so that the client faces the mirror, while talking with the client, the master finds out what services he wants to receive, offering the client additional services, the master must discuss them in advance price. When starting work, the master washes his hair and disinfects his tools so that the client can see it. To conduct hair diagnostics and check whether the client has skin and hair diseases. The master carefully combs his hair, determining the type and quality of his hair, its condition and direction of growth; if any contagious disease of the skin or hair is detected, the master refuses service to the client in the correct form. In case of a satisfactory result, covers the client with linen in accordance with the type of work. Most often, the preparatory work ends with hygienic hair washing, but depending on the main work, it may also include a test for skin sensitivity to chemicals.

9. Why is it necessary to examine a client’s scalp prior to service?

Does the client have any skin or hair diseases?

10. List the main types of final work:

The final work when servicing a client includes combing out small cut hair, removing hairdressing underwear from the client, brushing hair from his face and neck. Registration in the client's card, putting things in order on the dressing table, after each client, final work is carried out after the main procedure. They begin with a dialogue between the master and the client, the master finds out whether the client is satisfied with everything, if the client has comments, the master must correct the shortcomings if the client agrees to additional types of work (hair drying, styling, fixing with varnish). The master performs them, after which he removes the client’s hairdressing underwear and accompanies the client to the administrator, to whom he tells what types of services he performed for this client.

Chapter 2TOOLS, DEVICES, EQUIPMENT, HAIRDRESSING UNDERWEAR.

1. Complete the missing words:

1) the tools of a hairdresser necessary to perform various operations with hair are called

_ as a result of which they change their state. By changing the condition of the hair we mean: shortening it as a result of cutting and shaving, giving the hair one shape or another (using curlers, combs, bobbins, curling irons, a hand hairdryer, etc.). _ _____________________________________

2) the tools of a hairdresser, which play a secondary role in operations with hair, are called

________________________________________

2. Fill out the table:

3. What are the requirements for the material for making combs?

The most common and necessary tool for a hairdresser is a comb; without it it is impossible to perform any hair treatment operation. The materials from which combs are made must be resistant to chemical devices used in hairdressing salons. Must be well polished, because... hangnails on the teeth can damage the scaly layer of the hair, as well as the scalp. Combs should not be deformed by hot water; it is also necessary that the combs are made of materials that can accumulate electrical charges. The next important requirement for combs is elasticity, the materials from which they are made, so as not to tear or pull out tangled hair when combing it. Combs can be metal or non-metal, the advantage of metal combs is made of aluminum alloys, which are most resistant to high temperatures, which is very important when hot curling with a curling iron, but metal combs often have burrs, so they require careful checking before use. Metal combs are not recommended for perming and coloring hair, because... upon contact with devices, they oxidize, and this affects the quality of hair curling and coloring. Non-metal combs are usually made of nylon, nylon, perlon, silicone and other materials. Such combs are practical and durable. Today there are a huge number of different forms of combs.

4. Indicate the components of the comb:

5. What types can all combs used in hairdressing practice be divided into?

The shapes of manufactured combs depend on their purpose and are conventionally divided into four types:

1. Combined - a working surface, half of which is made of rare, half of which is made of frequent teeth.

2. With a uniform position of the teeth - only with sparse or only with frequent teeth.

3. With a pointed handle (with a tail).

4. All other various combs.

6. Identify and record the type of work being performed if:

a) the comb is held with the left hand, teeth up, the first finger on the spine, the second, third, fourth on the teeth

b) the comb is held with the left hand between the first and second fingers with the teeth in the palm

c) the comb is held in the right hand with the teeth down, the first and fifth fingers are on the inside of the comb, the second, third and fourth fingers are on the outside of the comb.

7. What are the rules for disinfecting combs and brushes?

During operation, various contaminants in the form of small particles of dust, grease, etc. accumulate between the teeth of combs and the bristles of brushes. Therefore, combs and brushes must be systematically disinfected and cleaned; mechanical cleaning is used to clean combs, after which they are washed in soapy water, rinsed thoroughly and immersed in a disinfectant solution (alaminol). Combs can also be disinfected in a special ultraviolet disinfector.

8. List the components of scissors

2 screw (screw group)

3 outer surface of the ring, inner surface of the ring

5 outer and inner sides of the canvas

6 Cutting part, trailing edge

7 End of the canvas

9. What types of hairdressing scissors do you know? Indicate their purpose:

Straight scissors

Designed for cutting hair. They can also be used for thinning. Straight scissors have a smooth cutting edge, sharpened using a standard or convection method.

Standard, or straight, sharpening is performed at an angle of 45-50 degrees. In this case, the cutting edge is a smooth strip about 1 mm wide. If the sharpening angle is more than 50 degrees, then a micro-notch is applied to one or both blades. Without it, such scissors will not cut, but chop hair.

Scissors with a micro-notch open and close rigidly; they cannot make a sliding cut. However, the micro-notch prevents the strands from slipping along the fabric. Therefore, such scissors are convenient for edging work.

Convection sharpening of blades (“Convex”) has a variable angle of 38-42 degrees. It is used by all manufacturers of world brands, in particular the company TOKOSHA Ltd., Kedake, JAGUAR, etc. Blades with Convex sharpening are distinguished by a convex shape. And the cutting edge has a thickness that does not exceed the thickness of a hair and ensures an absolutely precise cut. Convection sharpened scissors are great for precision cutting and slicing.

The shape of blades with convection sharpening can be straight, saber-shaped, or curved in the shape of a sickle.

The design of the scissors can be classic, ergonomic (“Offset”) or semi-ergonomic (“Semi Offset”). The classic version is more familiar for many masters. While the ergonomic design takes into account the anatomy of the hand, and therefore allows you to work without straining the muscles of the hand and forearm. Semi-ergonomic design is an intermediate option between classic and ergonomic.

Thinning scissors

They can be single- or double-sided - according to the arrangement of the teeth on one or both blades.

Double-sided scissors are more often used by novice hairdressers because they cut half as much hair. However, they are more difficult to work with - they, compared to one-sided ones, have a heavier stroke.

The teeth can be straight or arched. For example, Wasabi economy class models from the Japanese company KAI have straight teeth located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the blade. And in more expensive Kasho scissors from the same company and products from Jaguar, Tondeo, the teeth have the shape of a circular arc, the radius of which is equal to the distance from the screw to the point where the tooth is located.

The width of the teeth of thinning scissors at the top is always greater than at the base. This allows you to avoid biting your hair when cutting.

Thinning scissors are available with different numbers of teeth. In each case, the effect of the cut will be different. That's why many stylists have several thinning scissors.

Flag scissors

Used for simultaneous cutting and thinning. These scissors have one straight blade. It can be solid or with teeth - small or two wide. And a nozzle with a pattern is put on another canvas. As a result, when cutting, you can get many options for strands with the ends thinned according to the shape of the nozzle.

10. From the given options, choose the correct answer to the question: “How are scissors held in the non-working position?”

Types of services provided by hairdressing salons.

The salon business is called the fastest growing today. This is due not only to the fact that people have become more willing to spend money on their image. The market for such services is inexhaustible.

The list of services provided in beauty salons has expanded significantly in a relatively short time. Presentation of all existing procedures is possible only in large salons.

The formation of a range of services depends on financial capabilities, location of the salon, its class and expected clientele. The only general requirements remain: focus on client needs and ease of service, highly qualified personnel and guaranteed safety of procedures. Whatever services the salon offers, the quality must be good.

Hair salons go far beyond cutting, coloring, and styling. Hair extensions, braiding, perm - this is not a complete list of new products that are offered today, not to mention cosmetics and equipment with which all this is done. Haircuts, curls, and coloring are constantly being improved in terms of technology and methods.

Examples: washing, styling

Haircuts: Men's, women's, children's

Coloring, highlighting, coloring (balayage, squaw, shatush techniques)

Perm, bio-perm, carving

Hair treatment. Biolaminir, laminir, glazing

Hot scissors

Hairstyles, braids

Description of hairdresser services

Haircuts (men's, women's). Haircuts are available for any length of hair and the price includes daily blow-drying.

Haircuts can be both classic and creative.

A creative haircut translated from English means “creative”, so a creative haircut or coloring cannot be done without the creative eye of the master, without his imagination. To create a creative haircut, the hairdresser takes into account all the parameters to make the hairstyle original and different from others: hair length, hair structure, face shape, client’s image and much more. In this case, the master can use multi-layered haircuts, color effects and other hairdressing techniques.

Children's haircuts. Children under 8 years old. Haircuts are always performed by hairdressers who have extensive experience in working with children, taking into account the growth characteristics of children's hair and the type of face of your child.

Laying. In our salon we offer you various types of everyday styling that will help you always look great!

If you are in a hurry to an important meeting or simply did not have time to style your hair before work, we will be happy to give you an excellent blow-dry or straightener. The cost of the service depends on the length of the hair. The haircut service in our salon is performed along with styling.

Wedding hairstyles. What's a wedding without hair? Experienced masters of our salon will create your unique image for such an important day!

Festive and evening hairstyles. A properly done evening hairstyle can highlight your most advantageous facial features on especially important occasions. Each evening hairstyle is unique and inimitable in its own way. Evening hairstyles are usually more complex than everyday hairstyles; for them, artistic performance and beauty are important, not convenience, since they are designed for a short time.

Hair coloring- one of the most popular services of beauty salons, as it allows you to quickly change your image. Correctly dyed hair acquires shine and makes you more noticeable and attractive!

Highlighting- this is the lightening of individual strands. With its help, you can not only disguise emerging gray hair, but also make your image brighter and more interesting without resorting to radical hair coloring. Another undoubted advantage of highlighting is the absence of a sharp transition between the regrown roots and the highlighted part, which often happens with full hair coloring .

Coloring- This is the dyeing of hair strands in different colors using one or several shades. Coloring can perfectly highlight the texture of a haircut.

Blonding- This is complete bleaching of hair in order to obtain a light “blonde” color. Naturally light hair lends itself better to bleaching.

Toning. Dyeing in which there is no radical change in color. This procedure is good to finish dyeing the roots in order to even out and renew the color along the entire length of the hair.

Lamination. A procedure for damaged hair, in which each hair is covered with a film that protects the hair from harmful external influences and gives noticeable shine to the hair.

Hair care. Each of us wants to have hair that looks luxurious, radiant with health, shines, and is soft to the touch. Restoration, hydration, treatment or simply cleanliness and freshness. Our masters will help you solve any feature of your hair. The gentle effects of professional shampoos, conditioners and masks are based on the power of nature itself.

Hair treatment. Despite the fact that modern dyeing and curling products use predominantly natural ingredients, interference with the hair structure can cause some undesirable changes in it. In this case, our masters will offer you all the necessary procedures for treatment and hair restoration.

Perm or permanent, is a traditionally popular salon service that allows you to change your image and give it new colors. Since the impact on the hair during this service is quite strong, you should trust your hair only to experienced hairdressers.

Long-term installation- a soft type of perm using new generation cosmetics that contain natural ingredients (for example, olive oil and extracts of various herbs and plants). After long-term styling, the hair becomes manageable and flexible, which makes it easy to do styling and hairstyles at home.

Hair straightening - A type of permanent that allows you to change the structure of the hair so that it takes on a straight shape.

Hair extension allows you to increase not only the length of your hair, but also its volume in just a few hours, thereby changing your image and creating a unique, original hairstyle.

Selection of home care products. Our specialists will help you choose products so that even after visiting the salon, your hair will always be soft, manageable, silky and shiny.

2. History of the boucle hairstyle

In the first half of the 16th century, women's hairstyle looked like two semicircular rollers placed above the forehead, and was usually decorated with beads or a small cap with a veil, curved to the shape of the hairstyle. At the end of the 16th century, the shape of women's hairstyle changed significantly. Two types of hairstyle appear. The hair was either curled in rows of waves and combed back, or raised high up where it was secured to a wire frame. Sometimes ladies wore wigs.

British men's and women's hairstyles were greatly influenced by the external splendor of Queen Elizabeth's court. Men had their hair cut short, but their costumes were decorated with embroidery, borders, precious stones and lace. Women wore elaborate hairstyles, adorning them with caps and headbands. Sometimes they wore wigs.

In the 17th century, France became a trendsetter in the field of fashion and hairstyles. The Baroque style finally emerged, most fully expressing the tastes of the aristocracy of that time. Hairstyles of the Baroque era were entirely subordinated to court etiquette and were distinguished by pomp, stiffness, a huge number of decorations and complex techniques.

At the beginning of the 17th century, men's hairstyle consisted of long hair flowing over the shoulders. The nobles grew a small beard and a small mustache at the edge of their lips. Later, wigs came into fashion. The voluminous hairstyle consisted of a mass of long, curled hair, and blond was considered a fashionable hair color. This wig resembled a lion's mane.

Women's hairstyles changed countless times during the second half of the 17th century. There are several types of short-term fashionable hairstyles. In the 60s, the hairstyle still retained some naturalness. The hair was combed in the middle and fluffed luxuriantly above the temples, fastened at the back of the neck, and the curled ends of the hair were lowered in the form of two long curls onto the shoulders - “a la Mancini”. Since the 70s, women's hairstyles began to resemble the shape of a men's wig. The curls were laid in rows so high that the hairstyle sometimes rose 50-60 centimeters above the forehead. Sometimes ladies of this time wore a smooth hairstyle with a knot at the back of the head - the so-called humility knot.

Since the 90s, the fontange hairstyle has come into fashion. It consisted of a combination of curls, laid on the head in rows and greased with protein to secure it, and a wire frame bent into various fantastic shapes, which was decorated with gauze, lace, flowers and ribbons laid in folds.

If necessary, the hairstyle was supplemented with artificial hair.

In the first half of the 18th century, the Rococo style appeared, which seemed to complete the development of the Baroque style. Rococo is a decorative style with features of fragility, sophistication, some mannerism and sensuality. These features were present in both men's and women's hairstyles.
Men's hairstyles from Rococo times were small in volume. The hair was curled into curls, and sometimes combed smoothly back. They were tied at the back with a black ribbon or hidden in a black bag. Usually the hair was powdered. White powdered wigs came into fashion.
The women's hairstyle was also small and consisted of curls raised up, pinned at the back of the head and decorated with ribbons, tufts of feathers, flowers, and strings of pearls. Hair was usually powdered. In the 70s of the 18th century, hairstyles became especially complex. It took several hours to “make” a fashionable hairstyle - coiffure. The women tried to keep it intact for several days. Hairstyles were done as follows: the hair was combed, a light frame was placed on the top of the head, onto which the hair was raised and secured; Then they were curled, powdered and, finally, they began to decorate. Ribbons, flowers, and lace were used for this. Sometimes a whole basket of fruits or even a model of a ship with rigging and sails was placed on the head. Sometimes there was a mass of jewelry on the head that exceeded the weight of the head itself.

The French Revolution of 1789 marked the advent of a new era, which was also reflected in hairstyles. Inspired by the ideas of Liberty, the Ravens Brotherhood, the ideologists of the French Revolution turned to the images of the ancient world, drawing from the ancients the ideas of democracy, strict morals and aesthetic ideals. The second half of the 18th century is a period of classicism, the leading style direction. Men's hair was cut short and powder fell out of use. Women's hairstyles had a variety of forms, but were greatly simplified, made lower, and hair curled into ringlets.

With the coming to power of Napoleon I, the Empire style appeared, which in architecture and interiors resembles classicism in appearance; now artists and architects are inspired not by the strict and graceful forms of Greek temples, but by the ponderous and magnificent forms of Roman architecture. Men's hair was cut and curled into tight curls - “a la Titus”; their faces were shaved, but narrow strips of hair, called favorites, were left on their cheeks from the temples. Women's hairstyles changed very often. They also wore a Czech knot and hairstyles made from various combinations of curls.

After the overthrow of Napoleon, a new left-wing direction was born in the art of the 20-30s - romanticism. Hairstyles are dominated by a style that has a German name - Biedermeier. This style became synonymous with burgher well-being and comfort and was leading until the 40s

In France, an almost identical style was called the “Louis Philippe style.” Men wore short, curled hair, raised above the forehead in the form of a coque. In the 40s, the hair lengthened, reaching to the ears. Sometimes they were curled tightly. In the 50s, long, parted hair, often curled into curls, was fashionable.

3. Boxing haircut.

The boxing haircut, unlike the semi-boxing haircut, has shorter hair, and the border of the hair border runs above the occipital protuberance.

In a boxing haircut, the border of the hair edging can be at different heights and have different shapes (taking into account the shape of the head and hair growth).

This haircut is preferred by young people with the correct head shape.
A men's boxing haircut will look neater on hair that is not too black

Hairdressing services are the care of hair by coloring, cutting, styling or extensions to meet the needs of the client and make his appearance fresh, well-groomed and beautiful. Hairdressing technology is an entire art, the fruits of which are amazing images. A professional hairdresser is constantly growing, improving his skills and knowledge, attending competitions and trainings. A really good hairdresser will always advise his client what adjustments are necessary in his appearance, how he can hide flaws and highlight advantages with the help of a well-chosen color or haircut.

The scope of work of a master hairdresser includes many different areas, each of which requires specific knowledge and the availability of the necessary tools. In particular these are:

  1. A haircut;
  2. Coloring;
  3. Styling;
  4. Hairstyle creation;
  5. Children's haircut;
  6. Head massage;
  7. Hair treatment;
  8. Lamination, keratative hair straightening;
  9. Hair extension;
  10. Weaving braids, afro braids, creating dreadlocks, etc.

It is believed that the profession of a universal hairdresser includes mastery of all of the above techniques. However, as a rule, it is very difficult for a master to scatter himself on all kinds of services and improve all skills at the same time, so he tries to achieve a high level of professional skill in at least one or more.

What can a master hairdresser be?

Hairdresser stylist make-up artist- a more complex concept, emphasizing the fact that the master has completed courses in stylistics and makeup. In the process of his work, a hairdresser stylist must do what almost every person dreams of: choosing exactly the right haircut, the right hair color, sometimes very unexpected, which will make a person bright, cheerful and beautiful, and create the basis of his image. The services of a hair stylist are valued much higher, since a small number of hairdressers decide to improve their skills in creating new images. This requires money and time. Therefore, truly professional hairdressers with excellent taste and sense of style become stylists.

Hairdresser colorist is a person who specializes in hair coloring. He knows which dye is best to use so as not to damage the hair, what intensity of shade is needed specifically for your face and figure. At the courses, colorists are taught various combinations of colors, creating smooth transitions, the effect of burnt hair, and many other interesting ways to highlight the owner of a hairstyle. A hairdresser and makeup artist typically specializes in weddings and evening looks. It is very convenient to call a hairdresser to your home and get a makeup artist in one person.

masters the techniques of all men's hairstyles, from classic to sports or “like Dima Bilan’s”. He will be able to choose a haircut for young people that will emphasize masculinity or add stylish and bright notes to the image.

Hairdresser for children- This is a separate group of masters, since not every master can, with patience, cut a child jumping or crying in a chair. A children's hairdresser must be able to interest a child. Today, special hairdressing salons are even being created for children, where the hairdresser’s workplace is equipped with a TV with cartoons, and the chairs are made in the form of cars or fairy-tale characters.

How are prices for hairdressing services determined?

The cost of hairdressing services depends on the level of the salon, the experience and skill of the hairdresser, the cost and quality of the cosmetics and equipment used. Hairdressing services at home, as a rule, are much lower, since in this case the cost of renting premises, utilities and many other factors is not taken into account. If you have a personal hairdresser whom you completely trust with your own hair, then you are truly lucky! For those who have not yet found one, but want to change their image, we advise you to turn to the online virtual hairdresser program, where you will select a haircut, styling and hair color based on a photo, which the salon master can then create.
