13 – 16 points. You are probably an “optimally” happy person, and there is clearly more joy in your life than sadness. You are brave, cold-blooded, have a sober mind and an easy-going character. Don’t panic when faced with difficulties, assess them soberly. Those around you are comfortable.

8 – 12 points. Happiness and unhappiness for you are expressed by the well-known formula “50X50”. If you want to tip the scales in your favor, try not to give in to difficulties, face them stoically, lean on your friends, and don’t leave them in trouble.

0 – 7 points. You are used to looking at everything through dark glasses, you think that fate has prepared for you the fate of an unlucky person, and sometimes you even flaunt it. Is it worth it? Try to spend more time in the company of cheerful, optimistic people. It would be nice to get carried away with something, to find a “hobby”.

Take the happiness test! The questions are written in a humorous manner and will not let you get bored. At the same time, the test is serious, because it concerns the most important issue in human life.

Am I a happy person? Are we happy people? Is he happy, is she happy?

There are no universal tests of happiness, because psychologists, sociologists and philosophers disagree on the very definition of the phenomenon. However, using the test, it is possible to determine the level of happiness, from maximum to low.

Every person should at least try to answer the question: who is to blame for his difficulties? Where do career failures come from? Why are some people loved in society, but others cannot be tolerated? What?

We ask ourselves a lot of questions like this. A happy test will allow you to get closer to the answers and understand why you are unhappy. Or, on the contrary, it will confirm your happiness!
