1. Anesthesia

If you find yourself on the operating table and anesthesia awaits you, then you should use all its capabilities to the fullest. It's not just about falling into deep sleep. In order to wake up “as good as new” after anesthesia, you should think about what exactly you would like to get rid of: what relationships, emotions, obsessive thoughts, recurring situations. And before you plunge into unconsciousness, say everything that you are freeing yourself from.

2. Extra things

Things accumulate information about the donor, the place of purchase and your condition. Most often, for some reason you don’t like the item, but you don’t get rid of it, but hide it away in the closet. It is this “storage” that creates stagnation of the energy of life and slowdown of business. What should you get rid of? From everything you don’t use: clothes, books, dishes, equipment, souvenirs. Something that no longer brings you joy. Because now it takes your energy. And you don't need to throw things away. You can always take them to a social welfare fund or church and bring joy to others.

3. Computer and phone

Virtual space is part of your life. This means that everything unnecessary that is there clutters up your life and at the same time complicates the operation of your devices. Photos and contacts of “ex” will interfere with new meetings and acquaintances. And unsuccessful projects hinder the implementation of new ones. It also makes sense to delete lists of completed ideas and wish lists and create new ones. And then in life there will be constant flow energy. And you will have the strength to fulfill them.

4. Unfinished business

All tasks that are on the “Waiting” list must either be transferred to the “In Progress” status and completed, or admit that they are not important and cancel them. Unfinished tasks still remind you of themselves, take your attention and energy, and sometimes cause negative emotions. What does this lead to? Moreover, the execution of current affairs slows down, your mood deteriorates, and sometimes you start walking in circles, never getting closer to your goal. Sometimes it is better to admit that you will not fulfill your plans, and this will speed up the speed of all other processes in life.

Social networks are sources of information, and they also affect your mood and success. The people you follow can be a source of both good and bad emotions. Before you do a spring clean, ask yourself: “What inspires me about this person’s posts? Why am I reading them? If the main motivation is “A person complains about life all the time, and reading it, I understand that everything is not so bad for me,” then feel free to delete the contact. Filling your space with complainers, embittered people and gossipers is like voluntarily cutting off a bright piece of your life and throwing it away into nowhere. It won't motivate you to go further. After all, everything is fine with you. This means that you can sadly remain in your swamp and condemn others along with the rest. Set up your channels so that you receive useful and inspiring information. So that you would like to go forward and achieve the impossible.

6. Church

Attending a church service and communicating with a spiritual mentor helps you understand many processes and let go of painful thoughts. Even if you enter the temple in complete despair and with vain thoughts, a burning candle, the faces of saints and listening to the reading of psalms and the church choir will calm the turmoil in your soul. And they will help us enter a state of acceptance and harmony, which we need in order to leave the old and step into the new.

7. Nature

A walk alone in a park or in the forest will help bring your thoughts into a calm direction and clear you of the hustle and bustle. Why in fairy tales does the hero often find himself in a dense forest from which he needs to find a way out? The forest in fairy tales symbolizes another world, where a variety of incredible events happen to the hero. And the protagonist returns from the forest completely different, with new strengths and abilities. Of course, while walking in the park, you will not meet Koshchei the Immortal, but it is quite possible that you will get an answer to the question that worries you. After all, Koschey, like your problem, is just a fiction of the mind. And nature is a place where all this is easily resolved.

8. Bath

The main stumbling block to the process of changing forms is a suspended state in which you understand that “you can’t do this anymore,” and you don’t yet know where to go and what to do.

People very often describe a state of zeroing, which is somehow accompanied by any serious change in form. For example, when a person decides to change his profession, lifestyle or family, the reset can last more than one year. These states are characterized by melancholy, laziness, low mood, loss of energy, despondency, loss of faith in oneself, in life, in people.

For most people, zeroing is accompanied by financial decline, the elaboration of many complexes and fears, and various crises in relationships. But don’t despair - this is a wonderful time, scary, somewhat painful, but truly great! During this period of seemingly downtime and the desire to go to the bottom, the most significant transformations take place inside, the power of which you will realize and appreciate later, looking back, and this will happen faster when you let go of everything, stop fighting for a while, gather your strength, and rest , let go of the buzzing of your mind about this, so that with new strength you can push off from the bottom and rush to new horizons.

During this period, a powerful cleansing of old bindings of the previous form occurs. The world tests your commitment to new decisions, and the mind will periodically invite you to return to the old one. And no matter what moves you, even strong money problems, try to calm down and still calmly rush forward without any acceleration. Learn to wait and listen to yourself - this is the most important thing during this period.

Zeroing happens to us all the time. Absolutely any divine process in the world of forms is built on this principle. Starting from the consumption of food into the body, and ending with the death of this very organism.

No matter what happens in the life of a particular person, he always has a choice. Even if it seems that he is not there. In a difficult life situation, each of us makes at least 2 choices:

1. What emotions to experience in this situation, how to experience it.

I wrote about what to do with emotions. You can act differently - the main thing is to find what suits you.

As for actions, a negative person is usually very tied to his past. Therefore, negativity in the present in most cases does not arise here, in this specific situation, but stretches, as if through a tube from unprocessed experiences of the past.

For example, if you were once seriously deceived or offended, then a similar “approach” on the part of the interlocutor may cause an emotional reaction that is inadequate to the current situation. That is, we often react not to what is happening here and now, but to a past offense. But in this way we not only do not protect ourselves, but also determine the attitude towards us in the future. Anyone who is afraid of becoming a victim of deceivers behaves like a victim, thereby attracting potential deceivers and provoking them to commit new deceptions.

As a result, over the years, many people accumulate such a burden that it is not surprising that they are constantly in a decadent mood. And where there is a bad mood, there are failures. And it’s not even necessary to find out what came first. But when they exist, they constantly feed each other. Vicious circle.

Many would like to get out of this circle, but often simply do not know how.

If suddenly your life is somewhat similar to the description, I suggest you "reset to zero" It may not be easy to do this out of habit; the main thing is to realize:

Regardless of what happened before, it is NOW that you choose what your life will be like next. It is at the CURRENT MOMENT that the countdown of your new life begins.

But deciding is only half the battle. The second necessary element is action based on this decision. This means acting as if there have been no failures or “bummers” so far. Thomas Edison conducted about 11,000 experiments in search of a suitable material for the filament in an incandescent light bulb, and the scientist assessed this fact as follows: “I just found 10,000 ways that don’t work.”

The method can be applied not only to situations, but also to people. If you communicate with a person who has brought you a lot of pain in the past, you usually react to him with fear/irritation, then from the position of zeroing you communicate as if nothing bad happened. This way you give a chance to correct the situation in the present.

You may not need a warm relationship, but a neutral relationship will allow you not to waste your mental energy on anger and irritation. And those who are really close to you will be pleased by your calm disposition of spirit and sooner or later will motivate them to respond with goodwill.

“Zeroing” can be used even when your interlocutor is trying, wittingly or unwittingly, to stir up your negative emotions. If you choose what to do, you will not jab the other one back, but rather make a joke or simply neutralize the utterance. In my youth, I read somewhere from N.I. Kozlov the phrase “If I loved him,” and when the boss brought a bad mood to work, pouring it out on me, this helped me react calmly, and in some cases even defuse the situation. The main thing is that I myself am in the right frame of mind.

Naturally, if you haven’t done this before, it may not work out right away. This is fine. To begin with, the main thing is to remember how to react in order to take the situation on the path you want.

Thus, if you “reset”, your actions will be determined by the future, not the past. And you will have a much greater chance of getting positive development even in those relationships and situations in which there was nothing good before.

And this will not mean that you lived wrong before. If there was no past, you would not be here - at the starting point of your new life.

I decided to reset my life. I felt cramped among old things and memories. Of course, the past is important, without it there would be no present and all that... but I don’t want to think about it. I will throw away the suitcase with the past at the bus stop and calmly move on.

Old things and old thoughts are unnecessary energy. And when you start a new stage in life, zeroing is necessary.
I used to think that starting life with a clean slate was possible, but changing my handwriting was not.
Now I don't agree with this. You can change everything, especially your handwriting.

But this requires a complete reset.
And now I don’t agree with such a popular saying: the quieter you drive, the further you will go.
This is only true if you are driving.
But success in life and fulfillment in all areas is possible only at fast speed!
To make your computer work faster, you need to “clean” it.
Therefore, complete clearing of thoughts, home, zeroing out all previously hanging questions is necessary!

1. Throw out the trash
We get rid of all garbage. For starters, from your home. We throw it away, distribute it, take it to a shelter:

Clothes you don't wear.
- Unusable or outdated dishes and equipment.

Approach all things with the question, “Do I want to leave this energy or let a new one take its place?”
You can't pour water into a full glass.
You empty your glass yourself. As much as you pour out, so much will flow in.
By the way, this applies to all your spaces, including workplace in an office, a country house, a car, a private jet and what have you.

You need to start consciously creating yourself and your new experience with zeroing.

Not from searching for goals, not from declaring a vision of oneself in 5 years, not from questions of mission and purpose. This whole process will be confused with old ideas, which also take a lot of energy.

You need to start by throwing out all the trash from your life: on the physical, energetic and mental levels.

Uncontrolled hoarding of the past leads to two things:

1. Endless reproduction of your past.

Life becomes like déjà vu.

2. Slowing down the speed of life.

The energy jumps from heady highs to sharp lows, when there is nothing but devastation inside. The reasons may be different, here you need to look at the situation and ask yourself “why is this happening?”, but one of them may be precisely the desire to drive at normal speed without unhooking the van of your many years of junk.

We all have “cars” created for full movement, the question is the driver and his approach to the whole process. It’s not enough to just press the gas, just as it’s not enough to just choose a direction if you’re tightly attached to something or there’s no gas.

General cleaning of life for those who prefer speed and completely new horizons

It makes sense to clean up your life in all three dimensions: past, present and, don’t be surprised, future. Yes, your future is also filled with crap in the form of ideas about it, forgive me for being so blunt, but it also needs to be cleared.

I suggest starting with the present. It is the most objective, here and now. Completely clearing the current moment of junk will already give you noticeable strength and fresh energy, and you will still need it.

The principle is to throw out everything possible, and even A bit more. The point is to put an end to every open issue: either complete the matter or cancel it if its necessity is no longer so important.

The main thing is to remove all pending issues from the to-do list.

I would like to note that here it is not suggested to immediately polish your present, like Cinderella (although this is useful!) - first you need to put things in order and close the “hanging points”, even by resetting them to zero. It is necessary to remove tasks from the waiting list or start them in the process if they have been stuck there for more than a few weeks. This will give a colossal influx of new energy.

And now in more detail. What will those who really intend to collect new picture your experience:

Understand that every thing, literally every one, is a particle of your energy, look at them soberly and take into your new experience only what you will need there and will delight. Approach all things with a question - “Do I want to leave this energy or let a new one come in its place?”

It’s difficult for me to give detailed advice here, since I don’t have such a problem at all. Due to frequent moves and changes of place of residence, I literally learned to weed out the unnecessary and part with seemingly beloved, but actually useless souvenirs. But seeing the apartments of some of my friends who have lived in one place for years, or even decades, it’s just a museum of rubbish from the past. What changes can we talk about?

In general, spring cleaning of the house is a game called “How ready am I to let new experiences into my life.”

As much as you throw away, you are ready.

By the way, this applies to all your spaces, including your office workspace, your dacha, your car, your private jet, and whatever else you have. Surprise your colleagues - really clean up your desk, start the real process of unpacking.

2. Throw away files

Throwing out trash is just the beginning, it's time to throw away your files. How much time do you spend at the computer and online? This is also your space, although virtual, it is also part of your energy.

We are used to storing everything on the computer. Why throw it away? The hard drive is enough for everything.

The principle here is the same: cleansing is the release of energy. Leave only what you like and value. Why keep a movie you didn't like? Why keep some old stupid files? This is all a piece of you. Do we carry it with us, understanding that the more cargo, the slower the speed, or will we give room for a new one?

3. Put things in order, give things their place, organize files

It’s not enough to throw out the trash, you need to put things in order in what you have.

I have never been on the side of strict purity; I even cultivated creative disorder for a long time, hiding behind my penchant for art.

Now I will say this - a harmonious order (not fanatical, but systematized - when things have their place) is the key to the good and effective functioning of things, especially if it’s time to speed up. You will not be able to switch your life to a new speed, with complete chaos on your desk and in your apartment.

4. Filter incoming information

Order and cleaning also require the flow of your incoming information. In general, this is food for the mind, and the work of your mind depends on its quality. There is no other way to say it.

Information intoxication, have you heard? This is a common disease that affects many people now. They read everything online, endlessly repost quotes from great people, completely atrophying the ability to hear the voice of their soul.

Information has the ability to accumulate; it never leaves our subconscious, so it must be carefully filtered. Letting in only what is valuable and immediately launching it into implementation - then it teaches and develops us, otherwise it clutters up the channels, creating powerful information noise. This leads to making mistakes on the Path due to the inability to hear the voice of one’s soul.

1. Clean up your friend feed

Remove those friends whose reading does not resonate or inspire you.

2. Clean your walls.

It is necessary to remove or hide those people whose news is annoying. Especially those who post negativity from world events.

3. Decide on a set of blogs and sites that you intend to read.

My main principle on how to determine the value of a resource for yourself is a response in the soul. When you read something and feel the release inside, it is a very distinct feeling of awareness and thirst for action.

And under no circumstances should this be a feed based on the principle “they added me - I’ll add and read.” No, this should be a selection of only those resources that fill and delight you personally. It also needs to be cleaned regularly and replenished with new resources.

I have an RSS feed for reading, which contains sites, blogs and LJs of the people I want to follow, as well as a “read” list on Twitter. There is a separate “mailing” folder in the mail, where letters from those I subscribe to come. And I read them! If an author stops satisfying me, I unsubscribe. But I never receive letters just like that. And I don’t read social media feeds, with rare exceptions. All channels undergo general cleaning on a regular basis.

5. Finish unfinished tasks or reset them

It is important to complete all the tasks on the “waiting” list: either transfer them to the “in progress” status and actually do it and get it done, or reset them to zero. It’s better to decide for yourself that at this stage the case is closed and I don’t do it anymore, than to “carry” this burden with me. You should feel from the inside that all your work has been done, current processes are on schedule, and there are no pending issues. This is the “first gear” for approaching the question: “What do I want from this life?” and move towards conscious change.

In conclusion, I would like to summarize. The process of general cleaning of your present consists of two key points - getting rid of junk at all levels, as well as organizing your affairs, including the incoming information flow.

Set up your channels so that only high-quality, useful information comes to you in moderate quantities, and you will see how your world will transform. Who cares how all your friends and acquaintances are doing? You can meet them in person when you have time, but consuming their “news” on a daily basis is almost a guarantee that there will be no fundamental changes. Unless all your friends are living the life you dream of.

It is possible to create yourself anew if you understand that old experience is not your guide in this.
