  • fragrance "Strawberry dessert" - 3 ml
  • apricot kernel oil - 1 ml
  • red dye - 5-6 drops

And also you will need:

  • large capacity heat-resistant for a water bath + for example, take a saucepan
  • small capacity, heat-resistant for a water bath - you can take a glass
  • alcohol solution of at least 70% - take a cheap cologne
  • wooden stick or mixing spoon
  • soap base cutter
  • surface coating
  • soap mold
  • rag

1. Cut the soap base into small cubes and place it in a melting pot.

2. Melt the soap base in a water bath.

3. Place the soap base container in the microwave and melt it at less than 65 °C. Melting time - from 30 to 90 seconds - depends on the characteristics of the microwave oven.

4. After the base has completely melted, mix the contents of the container very thoroughly in order to avoid the remains of unmelted pieces of soap base.

Follow the next steps quickly while constantly stirring the soap base as the base will gradually cool and therefore harden. Until the desired color is achieved, add the dye to the soap base, while stirring constantly.

5. Mix the base well and add about 20 drops of fatty oil to it.

6. Add up to 60 drops of fragrance and mix thoroughly.

7. Gently pour the well-mixed mass into a pre-prepared form.

8. Use an alcohol solution to remove air bubbles.

Soap is ready! You can also add pink cosmetic clay to the soap base - this soap is perfect for oily skin. Just add one tablespoon of cosmetic clay to the soap mixture. Soap heart with your own hands- a great gift, beautiful and useful.

How to make a DIY soap valentine

On Valentine's Day, it is customary to give cards in the form of hearts. But the symbol of love does not have to be made of paper. In this article, we will show you how to make a soap valentine. Such bright hearts not only look great, but can also bring real benefits.

Materials and tools for making soap hearts:

  • soap base (available at craft and online stores)
  • colored felt hearts
  • plastic stick candy tubes
  • suitable size heart molds
  • bowl and spoon that can be put in the microwave
  • fragrance or essential oil

How to make DIY soap hearts

Glue the felt hearts to the plastic tubes. Put the resulting blanks inside the molds.

Cut a bar of soap base into small pieces, load them into a container and microwave for 30 seconds. The soap should melt. Stir it thoroughly with a spoon.

Fill molds with melted soap. Adjust the plastic sticks with felt hearts so that they are in the center of the soap hearts.

Let the soap dry for 30 minutes. Get the hearts out of the molds. Unusual soap valentines are ready.

Hello everyone, big-big! And again I am with soap making recipes. Remember, earlier, when I showed you how to do it, I promised you that I would soon demonstrate a few more soap making workshops at home. Here, I keep my word.

Today we will do it under the name "Love". Probably, it’s not in vain that I want to publish this particular master class on the eve of February, when many people celebrate Valentine’s Day (although I’m actually ambivalent about this holiday). However, the heart is an unchanging symbol of love, and presented in the form of soap self made, it will be a wonderful gift for your soulmate.

It is very, very easy to make such soap from the base, my Master Class It will show you. For one bar of soap we need the following:

- transparent soap base- 100-120 gr.;

- almond oil - 0.5 teaspoon;

- titanium dioxide - on the tip of a spoon;

- yellow pigment - 2 drops;

- flavoring (I have food, with a candy smell of barberry);

- glycerin;

- alcohol.

And here's something else interesting I dug up for you: this is a video about creating soap hearts on the principle of swirls (however, soap is made from scratch). The master class is in English, but it's not so much worth hearing as seeing. Enjoy watching!

And my master class on making handmade soap base came to an end. See you soon!

Your brownie Elena.

All kinds of news:

Delicious ideas for you.

Good day, my dear friends and readers! January flew by with all its happy holidays. We noticed that there are more holidays in the cold season than in the summer. There are two of them in February: St. Valentine's Day and Defender of the Fatherland Day. If we celebrate February 23 for a long time, then St. Valentine's Day is relatively recent. This imported holiday surprisingly quickly took root with us. Probably, they liked the cute attributes of this holiday - hearts. They are made from paper, fabric, thread... There are more creative options. And I want to show how you can make handmade soap in the shape of a heart for gifts.

A kilogram of soap is not so expensive. The price depends on the composition and manufacturer. In order to understand whether you like soap making or not, you can buy a minimum package weighing half a kilogram.

Simple plastic molds cost around eighty rubles. Perhaps your child has a heart-shaped plastic mold in their sand play set. Use it. Before use - wipe the inner surface with oil. I bought silicone hearts with corrugated edges in a store at the same price - six pieces for thirty-nine rubles. Of course, large silicone molds are not cheap. It is worth spending money on them only if soap making becomes your hobby, and possibly a source of income. And there are options here. You can buy on sale or make your own.

Oils are useful not only for making soap, but also for creating sachets, aromatic salts, home cosmetics ... The cost depends on the manufacturer. Public pharmacies have a large selection at affordable prices.

Food coloring is sold in sets in powder form. The price is low. Dyes liquid special, non-migratory, - the price depends on the composition and manufacturer. Sold individually or in sets at craft stores.

Pigments are not the cheapest commodity. It is quite possible to do without it. But if you buy a jar, then it will last for a long time. They are also sold in craft stores.

Glycerin in a pharmacy costs from fifteen to twenty-five rubles for fifty milliliters.

I will not write about alcohol. I buy from a pharmacy.

Labor costs are small. It also takes a little time to make such gifts.

I hope you learned something new about how to make cute, inexpensive and beautiful gifts - handmade soap in the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day.

I wish you creative success in making gifts. Share your opinion in the comments. Ask questions if something is not clear.

Good luck to all of us!

There are a lot of options for creating a romantic heart soap. Of course, there are special forms for soap, similar to the heart. But today we invite you to make a very simple heart soap for Valentine's Day - " Two halves«.

In fact, these are two soaps united by one idea, but each of them looks very nice in and of itself. They are easy to make even for beginners! Make such a gift to your soulmate: beloved husband or young man. He will certainly appreciate such an original handmade valentine card!

Ingredients:

  • about 240 grams of white soap base,
  • about 80 grams of transparent soap base,
  • ylang ylang essential oil,
  • flavoring "Yogurt" (or any other),
  • red dye ( nonmigratory),
  • plastic or silicone mold (rectangular or square),
  • alcohol (regular medical or salicylic).

Take half of the white base and cut it into pieces. Put them in a plastic bowl and put them in the microwave to melt.

When the base is completely melted, drip 3-4 drops into it essential oil and flavoring and mix well. Pour the liquid base into the mold - soap bubbles can be removed from the surface by spraying them with alcohol. Wait until it hardens well. But don't leave the soap in the mold for too long! In this case, cutting the middle will then be more difficult.

Take out the soap and cut out the middle in the form of half a heart. This can easily be done with a sharp knife by attaching a cardboard template to the soap. desired shape. But it is much easier to make a notch with a piece of ordinary soft tin. Bend the tin, giving it the shape of a half heart, attach it to the soap and press. Put the soap back into the mold. The cut piece, of course, does not need to be thrown away. You can re-cut and melt it by adding it to the second part of the soap.

Scrape the inner part of the soap with a toothpick, which will later be in contact with the colored red part (in the photo it is shown by an arrow), and sprinkle it with alcohol. This is necessary so that the layers adhere well, and the soap does not fall apart when used.

Now take half transparent base and also cut it into pieces and melt in the microwave.

Add 1-2 drops of essential oil and fragrance. Color the base with dye. Again we strongly recommend the use of non-migratory pigments for coloring soap. Do not take
