Enka TC Company, the largest owner of shopping centers in Russian market, plans to complete the construction of a shopping and entertainment complex on Kashirskoye Shosse in Moscow in early 2018.

The total area of ​​the mall, which is being built on the site of one of the first projects in Russia, Enka TC (formerly Ramenka), will be 195,500 sq.m. JLL will act as a co-exclusive agent for marketing and brokerage of the center.

The retail area of ​​the complex will be 71,000 sq.m. The new shopping center on Kashirskoye Shosse will include a shopping gallery with world brands with 200 stores, entertainment areas for the whole family, a multiplex of the Kinomax chain with the largest IMAX hall in Russia, a World Class fitness club, and original restaurant and cafe concepts. A hypermarket is announced among the anchor tenants trading network"Auchan". The shopping center parking lot will be designed for 1,500 cars.

One of the architectural features of the new Enka TC project will be a usable roof: a cinema, restaurant verandas, as well as a swimming pool, tennis court, ice skating rink and basketball court will be open here.

The new shopping center is located on the first line of Kashirskoye Highway, with transport accessibility to five metro stations: Domodedovskaya, Orekhovo, Zyablikovo, Krasnogvardeyskaya and Shipilovskaya. Kuznetsov noted the active development of the commercial real estate market in the capital, emphasizing that, according to Sergei Sobyanin, approximately six million square meters are put into operation in Moscow every year retail space. “The new shopping center will be able to combine the trends of modern architecture with functional content,” said the chief architect of the capital.

According to the project, the facades of the shopping center will be made in a variety of finishing materials, including natural stone, aluminum and metal. In addition, they plan to widely use stained glass glazing in their design.

According to Moskomarkhitektura, the first three floors of the shopping center will house shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. In addition to five above-ground floors, the new shopping center will have four underground levels. The lower three of them will be occupied by a parking lot designed for 1.3 thousand cars. And on the minus first floor there will be main entrance to the Auchan hypermarket.

The ENKA TC LLC company is building a new shopping and entertainment center on the site of the old Capitol shopping center on Kashirskoye Shosse in Moscow. Investments in the project will amount to more than $300 million.

The initial delivery date for the facility was announced as December 1, 2017. The expected opening of the shopping center is scheduled for 2018.

Previously standing in this place, Shopping mall“Capitol-Kashirskaya” was put into operation in 2001, and is the second multifunctional project that will be rebuilt as the “Kashirskaya Plaza” Multifunctional Shopping Center. The existing shopping center with a total area of ​​30,038 m2 has been demolished and is being replaced by a modern shopping center with a leasable area of ​​72,000 m2 and a multi-storey underground car park with a capacity of 1,400 cars. Visitors to the shopping center will be introduced to an architecture that combines clustered masses and extruded facades that encourage further exploration. The combination of warm stone and glass in the street-side building envelope, as well as the atrium and upper levels, creates an impression of volume/space, offering fleeting glimpses into its interior. Inside, the public spaces embody a mixture of organic ideas. Each core, interior center has a definition, the elements of water, air, fire and earth, colorfully highlighted in the four experimental areas of the mall's atriums.
