§ 11. Lift operator

Characteristics of work. Maintenance of the lift (unit) during the work on major, current repairs and sampling (testing) of wells. Preparing the lift (unit) for work. Participation in preparatory and final work, installation and dismantling of the lift, in the equipment of the traveling system, in the installation and maintenance of auxiliary mechanisms used during the overhaul of wells (pumping unit, machine and hydraulic keys, preventer hydraulic lines and other equipment from the installation’s hydraulic system). Winch control for all hoisting operations. Control of a power electric generator installed on a lift (unit). Participation in work on capital and underground repairs of wells, in work on testing and equipment of wellheads. Monitoring the proper operation of the recorder and lift (unit) mechanisms. Keeping a log of the operation of the lift (unit). Driving a car or tractor, refueling them. Carrying out routine repairs of lift (unit), car, tractor mechanisms. Maintenance of mobile power plants with a capacity of up to 100 kW.

Must know: technological process extraction of oil, gas and other minerals; well design; technological process and types of well testing work; technical characteristics and operating rules of the tractor-lift, mobile unit, used mechanisms, devices, traveling systems; technological process and types of major and current repairs, well testing methods; brands and grades of fuels and lubricants; basics of electrical engineering and plumbing in the scope of work performed; methods for repairing the engine, transmission and chassis of lifting winches.

For underground and major repairs on wells of category I complexity and sampling (testing) of wells up to 1500 m deep inclusive - 5th category;

for underground and major repairs on wells of II category of complexity and sampling (testing) of wells with a depth of over 1500 m, directional wells regardless of their depth and wells with complicated geological conditions - 6th category;

for underground and major repairs carried out from lifting installations with a lifting capacity of 80 tons and above - 7th category.

Average required professional education.

Retraining and advanced training of aerial platform and hydraulic aerial lift operator with assignment qualification category.

Group classes or individual consultations. Training is carried out both on the basis of an educational institution and on the basis of a customer organization in any region of Belarus.

Workers who have a rank in this profession (3-7 ranks) can undergo advanced training.

Upon completion of training, state-issued documents are issued: a certificate of assignment of a qualification category in the profession.

MACHINIST (GENERAL CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY)

Characteristics of the work. Control of machines and mechanisms of various types and purposes during construction, installation and repair work. Refueling vehicles with fuels and lubricants. Regulation of the working mechanisms of machines for a given operating mode. Maintenance of machines and mechanisms. Identification and elimination of malfunctions in their operation. Preventative repairs and participation in other types of repairs of serviced equipment.
Must know: device and specifications serviced machines and mechanisms; rules and instructions for their operation, maintenance and routine repairs; rules traffic when working with motorized vehicles; installed alarm system; rules of work; consumption standards for fuels, lubricants and electricity; schemes and frequency of lubrication of machine components and mechanisms; technical requirements to the quality of work performed; plumbing to the extent provided for a construction mechanic, charged at a level below the driver.

1. Means of small-scale mechanization: mobile concrete mixers with a batch volume of up to 425 liters, mast, rack and shaft lifts, mortar pumps, mobile mortar mixers with a batch volume of up to 325 liters, electric winches.
2. Electric welding mobile units with motor internal combustion power up to 37 kW (up to 50 hp).

4th category

1. Aerial platforms and hydraulic lifts with a lifting height of up to 15 m.
2. Automotive compressors with a capacity of up to 3 cubic meters/min.
3. High pressure airless spray units.
4. Mobile compressors with a capacity of up to 10 cubic meters/min.
5. Automotive cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 6.3 tons (exclusively).
6. Machines for insulating gas and oil product pipelines in stationary conditions.
7. Means of small-scale mechanization: concrete pumping units with a capacity of up to 20 cubic meters per hour, mobile concrete mixers with a batch volume of over 425 to 1200 liters, mobile painting and plastering stations, cargo-passenger lifts, mobile mortar mixers with a batch volume of over 325 to 750 liters.
8. Mobile pipe bending units for bending pipes with a diameter of up to 1200 mm.
9. High and low pressure units - bar units on tractors with power up to 43 kW (up to 60 hp).
10. Electric welding mobile units with an internal combustion engine with a power of 37 to 73 kW (50 to 100 hp).
11. Mobile power plants with an engine power of up to 37 kW (up to 50 hp).

5th category

1. Truck-mounted concrete pumps with a capacity of up to 40 cubic meters per hour.
2. Aerial platforms and auto-hydraulic lifts with a lifting height of over 15 to 25 m.
3. Asphalt distributors.
4. Automotive compressors with a capacity of over 3 cubic meters/min.
5. Drilling and drilling-crane self-propelled machines with a drilling depth of up to 6 m; car drills.
6. Self-propelled hydroseeders.
7. Earth-moving and milling machines - drainage machines.
8. Compressors for supplying air to divers.
9. Mobile compressors with a capacity of over 10 to 50 cubic meters/min.
11. Automotive cranes with a lifting capacity from 6.3 to 10 tons (exclusively).
12. Machines for insulating gas and oil product pipelines with a diameter of up to 800 mm (exclusively) under route conditions.
13. Mechanized tensioning devices for the production of stress-reinforced structures.
14. Mechanized equipment for lifting mobile (sliding) formwork.
15. Means of small-scale mechanization: concrete pumping units with a capacity of over 20 cubic meters per hour, mobile concrete mixers with a batch volume of over 1200 to 2400 liters.
16. Mobile pipe bending units for bending pipes with a diameter of over 1200 mm.
17. Pipe cleaning machines with an engine power of up to 73 kW (up to 100 hp).

7th category

1. Truck-mounted concrete pumps with a capacity of over 60 to 180 cubic meters per hour.
2. Aerial platforms and hydraulic lifts with a lifting height of over 35 m.
3. Drilling and drilling-crane self-propelled machines with an engine power of 100 - 180 hp. with drilling diameters over 400 to 1200 mm.
4. Mobile compressors with a capacity of over 70 cubic meters/min.
6. Automotive cranes with a lifting capacity of over 20 to 40 tons.
7. Machines for insulating gas and oil product pipelines with a diameter of 1000 to 1200 mm (exclusively) under route conditions.
8. Pipelayers with an engine power of over 100 to 145 kW (over 140 to 200 hp).
9. Mobile automatic installations of continuous operation for the preparation of concrete and soil mixtures in roadside quarries with a capacity of 80 to 120 cubic meters per hour (exclusively).
10. Installations for punching and horizontal drilling of soil when laying pipelines with a drilling diameter of 500 to 1000 mm.
11. Mobile power plants with an engine capacity of over 175 kW (over 240 hp).

8th category

1. Truck-mounted concrete pumps with a capacity of over 180 cubic meters per hour.
2. Automotive cranes with a lifting capacity of over 40 to 60 tons.
3. Machines for insulating gas and oil product pipelines with a diameter of 1200 mm or more under route conditions.
4. Pipelayers with an engine power of over 145 to 220 kW (over 200 to 300 hp) (exclusively).
5. Mobile automated continuous installations for preparing concrete mixtures with a capacity of 120 cubic meters per hour or more.
6. Installations for punching and horizontal drilling of soil when laying pipelines with a drilling diameter of over 1000 mm.
Secondary specialized (vocational) education is required to assign 7 - 8 categories.
Note. Operators of automobile cranes with tower-boom equipment of the ABKS type are charged one category higher for the same crane lifting capacity.

DOCUMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

After completing the educational program, the student receives a qualification document - a certificate of worker's profession.
The certificate of the worker's profession confirms the assignment of a rank based on the results of vocational training. The qualification specified in the qualification document gives its holder the right to engage in certain professional activity or perform specific job functions (clause 11, article 60 of the Law on Education in the Russian Federation of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ)
