Otherwise, working people have a lot of time to wait for their workers on the date specified by them without specifying a specific time. It is unlikely that they will compensate for time off for solving their problem. I said no, they asked when. Fortunately, after 2 weeks I had a vacation, I had to live without the Internet for two weeks and sacrifice one day of vacation and wait for the master. He came and fixed it, the problem was outside the apartment, i.e. their problem. I, rather out of principle, for two weeks without the Internet and one day of vacation, called and demanded money for these two weeks of inaccessibility. He was politely sent, with the words “well, you yourself refused to repair it two weeks ago.” Yes, I refused... On a weekday, in the middle of the week, without specifying a specific time. Holy shit Soviet Mosenergo, they have little competition in the industry. Summary: the problem was THEIR fault, they gave me a time convenient for THEM to solve THEIR jamb, and when I logically refused and delayed the repair for two weeks because of their magical work schedule, they refused to compensate me for these two weeks. I can live without 150 rubles, but actually this is disgusting in our “wonderful” world of the “Ideal Free Market”. 2. Recently, without personal notice, they unilaterally changed the tariff and fee towards, of course, an increase. Marketers serve their homeland! Vivat! I didn’t even need the previous speed, they charged me twice as much and also paid them extra. I didn’t pay and gave a little ultimatum in the style of “would you mind...”. Don’t worry - for now, that’s the point, I looked at other providers and still don’t understand their impudence with tariffs. 3. And they have until the application is reviewed three days! I love their regulations! Three days later they responded, then called me and clarified that I would then switch to a different tariff - cheaper. They promised to connect me last night and... Naturally, they burst out so that life wouldn’t seem like honey to me. If they didn’t connect, I called “we’ll make an application, the decision period is from three hours to THREE DAYS.” Again their jamb is my problem! We're waiting, sir. But what to expect! Maybe it’s easier to go to MGTS? Summary on all of the above points: their stupid regulations, rules of interaction with the consumer of services and oversights DEFINITELY turn their problem into your problem. According to my experience, there are no options! Happiness is if you don’t have to deal with their support. The feeling of communicating with the Soviet bureaucratic, periodically crooked structure of the 1980 model, the eternal “signs are being removed from us by another team” and other excuses, only more polite. Although, it seems like it’s time to wake up, but they still can’t do it, their sleep is, in the process, lethargic... Either become ideal, business-wise, and don’t mess up, or be more flexible in matters of support, especially when you mess up yourself, otherwise it’s already nonsense. And this is not a reason to immediately switch to other providers. After all, where is the confidence that everything will be different there?

    But because of the September problems, my neighbors decided to look for a replacement Internet provider. And they found it, because this matter is not so complicated, since at least once or twice a week calls are usually heard on the phone, during which, vying with each other in praising themselves, all the Internet providers in Moscow are trying to find out whether you use the Internet, and how many people use it , but are you satisfied with the current provider, and look how much he rips you off, but, they say, everything is cheaper and faster with us, etc. And they call the same people over and over again, which raises suspicions about the insanity of the customer acquisition services. And from QWERTY they called me personally 3 times.     I don’t know what they were told on the phone, but my neighbors told me the following - we will have Internet 3 times faster and 3 times cheaper than in Akado. Not bad, I think, well, let them connect and we’ll see. But I ask myself, what will happen to them in 3 months? How will all this work sustainably? It seems like QWERTY is a project of the Central Telegraph, i.e. serious company. But on the other hand, for all of them, technical specialists arrive very quickly only when they are connected, and in case of technical problems you can wait for weeks for them (Akado, by the way, has the same song, but... in 7 years I called them only a couple of times, which, you see, is tolerable). Those. you have to try and see what happens.

    And then on the appointed day, 3 clowns come to my neighbors in a painted car. My neighbors invited me to attend. I came up and looked after these comrades, and they immediately began to laugh at Akado’s equipment and cables, saying that all this was already 10 years out of date, and that’s why everything works so slowly for you. But now we will connect this to you, your Internet speed will not be 1500 Kbps, as Akado gives, but as much as 10 Mbps! I started getting hysterical. Why aren’t you confused, I ask? No, they say, 10 megs and that’s it – we are specialists, we are responsible for our words. Well, well, I say, but I myself checked the speed that Akado gives using the speedtest.raketforskning.com service. Measured it 3 times. The result was at least 900 Kbps. I think we'll see what the QWERTY will produce. Naturally, I don’t even count on 10 megs, because it’s all complete nonsense. At the same time, my explanation to the clowns is that the connection speed is local network You can’t sell it to clients, like the speed of the Internet channel, it didn’t work - they laughed at me and that’s it. I showed them this service for determining the speed of downloading from the network, showed them the speed of Akado. They nod their heads, saying, that’s how slow it is. Now in a couple of minutes everything will be flying.

    But everything didn’t fly not only after a couple of minutes, but even after a day. Since they were unable to connect to the Internet right away, and then they blamed everything on their own employees in the office, complained that they had a lot of work and small salaries, and then quickly ran away. But their cheerfulness naturally diminished towards the end of the work. Apparently that’s why they left a cloud of garbage in the corridor, threw a cable on the client’s apartment on the floor, and, moreover, it was so short that you couldn’t even lay it along the baseboard. In addition, the latch on the jack was broken (this, by the way, is the worst thing in terms of stability of operation), they did not replace it and evaporated.

    My neighbors spent a day on the phone, communicating with the new provider and... lo and behold! The Internet appeared only in the evening of the next day.

    At the same time, the speed measured through the service speedtest.raketforskning.com was not 6000 Kbps declared on the QWERTY website (where is the magic 10 Mbps that the installations repeated like a spell), but only 300 Kbps c (took a maximum of three measurements). Those. As a result, the neighbors received Internet one and a half times cheaper than Akado, but 3 times slower. Plus destruction in the apartment and a day of hemorrhoids on the phone. And this is only at the beginning of use. What will happen next?

    I'll stay with Akado for now. I think that the neighbors will soon return to them.
