THEATER OF FASHION - theatrical display of a collection of costume models, made on the basis of a single artistic concept, aimed at creating artistic images through directing, display (defile), music, scenography and choreography. Participants present one composition lasting up to 5 minutes.

Awards:
The Grand Prix winner is determined in each genre.
The Grand Prix– It becomes one of the I degree laureates who has gained greatest number votes, he is awarded a diploma and a cup. Cash certificate.
Laureate I. II. III degree, are awarded diplomas and cups (a cup per team).
Diploma student I. II. III degree, are awarded diplomas and medals (a cup for the team).

Competition jury:
The distribution of prizes in the competition program is based on the protocol of the jury and the number of points scored in the competition program.
The calculation of points is carried out on the basis of the recommended criteria with a maximum of 10 (ten points) awarded by each jury member.
Grade competitive program is held in accordance with the declared nomination and age group of participants separately.
The jury has the right not to award a prize place, to award two prize places, and to award additional incentive prizes.

Category A: prepayment for vouchers is transferred to a bank account in the amount of 3,000 rubles per person no later than December 16, 2019, the remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival at the competition.
In case of cancellation of the trip less than 14 days before arrival, the amount of 3000 is not refundable.

Additional Information:
Leaders/parents of competition participants automatically confirm agreement with all points when submitting an application of this Regulation, as well as agreement that the participant will be involved in competitive events until 23.00. and are responsible for the life and health of their group.
The organizing committee has the right to disqualify a participant, creative team, director for gross violation internal rules of the competition, violation of discipline and unethical behavior towards the Organizing Committee, jury members and other participants of the competition.

Basic conditions of the festival-competition.

  • The organizing committee has the right to stop accepting applications before the deadline if the limit of participants in the nomination has been exhausted.
  • Accommodation, transfer and excursion program are provided by official partners of the Organizing Committee.
  • Participation in additional nominations is allowed, see financial conditions.
  • The program for the nominations of competition numbers is formed after the deadline for accepting applications. The organizers reserve the right to make changes and additions to the program.
  • Applications are finally registered after receiving a copy of the payment document confirming participation. The application form is attached.
  • Rehearsals and performances take place strictly in accordance with the schedule drawn up by the organizers of the festival-competition. You can make adjustments to the declared repertoire no later than 10 days before the start of the festival tour by sending a corresponding written notification to the art manager of the festival-competition.
  • Phonograms (cons) of the competitive performance should be sent to the art manager of the festival-competition by e-mail(no later than 10 days before the start of the festival-competition), and also bring them with you on a flash drive and (or) on a CD (each track on a separate CD). The name of the phonogram must correspond to the name of the competition number.
  • The technical rider of the competitive performance must be indicated in the Application for Participation. The possibility of performing a technical rider is confirmed by the art manager of the festival-competition.
  • The order of competitive performances is determined by the Organizing Committee.
  • Not allowed performance of vocalists to the soundtrack "plus".
  • Not allowed voice or instrumental (karaoke) duplication of main parts for soloists, recorded backing vocals for ensembles.
  • The plot and thematic basis of competitive performances, musical and dramatic material, costumes, stage movements and gestures must strictly correspond to the age of the performers. Texts of performed works (including on foreign language) must not contain words and expressions that are inappropriate, vulgar or incomprehensible to the contestants.
  • Photography and video recording of performances by competitors and their accompanying persons for personal use is permitted. Professional photo and video filming is carried out exclusively by partners of the Organizing Committee.
  • Participation in the festival-competition implies the unconditional consent of the contestants and their leaders with all points of this Regulation. Failure to comply with the terms of the Regulations entails disqualification of the participant without the possibility of returning the registration fee. All claims and wishes addressed to the Organizing Committee are accepted only in writing.

The competition jury is formed from leading specialists in culture and art from Russia, foreign countries, and teachers from leading vocational education institutions.

Rewarding.

No more than 5 people from the group in concert costumes, accompanied by a leader, will enter the stage of the participating groups, regardless of participation in the Gala concert. Participants are awarded diplomas: Grand Prix winner, Laureate of 1, 2 and 3 degrees, Diploma holder of 1, 2, 3 degrees and participant. Duplication of places in each nomination and age group is allowed.

In addition to the participants, the following are also awarded: directors, choreographers, accompanists of creative groups, authors of the best creative works and productions. Special prizes are awarded. The jury's decision is final.

The award ceremony is held on a specific day of the competition program. Get rewards earlier official day awards and after it is impossible. Cups and diplomas are not sent by mail.

Financial terms (RUB)

The cost of a festival ticket (1 person) is 7200.

Included: application registration 720 rubles per person, accommodation in a 3* hotel, 4 days/3 nights, 2 meals a day (starting with dinner on the day of arrival, ending with breakfast on the day of departure), participation in the competition, prizes, diplomas, city tour .
