Finally got around to write a review about TsPSIR. She gave birth in November 2019 without a contract. It was my first childbirth, so there was nothing to compare with. She was admitted to the maternity hospital by ambulance early in the morning on 11/19/19. At 40 weeks and 3 days. Although in the LCD at 38 weeks she received a referral to another maternity hospital. The contractions were not strong, the water did not break. They could, of course, stay at home for a couple more hours, but they scared the bleeding and decided with my husband that it was time! In the admissions department, I was met by a strict, silent woman who, with a displeased look, asked the emergency doctor why I was brought to them. To my joy, after 15 minutes of my arrival, the sleepy woman was replaced by another, more friendly one. They completed all the documents, changed clothes, did the necessary procedures and an ultrasound scan, and about 1.5-2 hours after my arrival, they took me to the maternity ward. The rooms are separate, clean, comfortable and this made me very happy. I would like to say special thanks to the doctor who took delivery - Marinich Alexander Anatolyevich, very attentive attitude, he came to me almost every half an hour, asked about my well-being, talked about further actions. I still remember how, thanks to his words, I pulled myself together during strong fights in order to do everything right. And I would like to express special gratitude to the midwife of the maternity ward Svetlana Vladimirovna Ostankova, who was very friendly, sensitive, understanding, treated me like her own daughter, surrounded me with attention and care after the birth, helped to put the baby to the breast, thank you very much for that! After giving birth, I was transferred to the postpartum department only after more than 3 hours, due to the fact that the wards were overcrowded. Therefore, after giving birth, I had to lie in the corridor of the maternity ward for almost 1.5 hours. Well, these are already trifles ... In the postpartum ward, it also looks decent, a ward for two, they feed normally. Babies can be taken to the ward immediately, but the first night I decided to come to my senses and have a good sleep, so my daughter was brought early the next morning from the children's department, and from that moment we did not leave. The only thing that upset me was the indifference of the nurses of the children's department, absolute indifference, some answered questions by rolling their eyes. The pediatrician examined in the morning, very fluently. I understand that the maternity hospital is overcrowded and there are a lot of kids, but still I would like a more sympathetic attitude from children's doctors and nurses!
