I would like to thank the doctors of the urology department N.N. Annushkin and S.E. Shiryaev for their responsible attitude to their work, conscientious work and desire to really help their patients. The department is clean and tidy, procedures are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. I would like to thank the procedural sister Lyudmila for her care and attention. Nurses, orderlies, barmaids! Thank you! In a word, I would like to note the conscientious and well-coordinated work of the entire department! I think this is largely the merit of the head of the department, Nikolai Nikolaevich Annushkin! It’s already late in the evening, apparently the working day has been over for a long time, and the doctors of the department are still in the department and working, busy with business - helping the sick! And back to work early in the morning! I think that says a lot! Thank you!

Good afternoon I’m lying with a child in the children’s pedeotric department of the Fryazino Mountains. I don’t understand how they can recruit nurses like that and they hand over a shift and write on a piece of paper how to make a solution for an IV.... I’M JUST IN SHOCK I DON’T KNOW HOW CAN I BE TREATED HERE IN SUCH CONDITIONS? ?????? Children's doctor he goes from the infectious diseases department to see healthier children, but you can’t walk along the corridor, like you’re spreading an infection, but the fact that the doctor is there is normal. Take action who treats our children!

I recently discharged my child from the children’s infectious diseases department of your hospital and I want to express my HUGE THANK YOU to the head, Natalya Petrovna Martishkina, and the team that she has been leading for many years. THANK YOU to the doctor for curing my child, for her professionalism, competent answers (after all, we are mothers so worried and want to ask the doctor everything), she was very attentive to the child!!! THANK YOU to the nurses for doing everything professionally, on time, and even giving the injections promptly to calm the child! THANK YOU to the barmaid, who, like a mother, will bring boiling water for tea, feed you, and say a kind word! THANKS to the nurses for putting order and cleanliness in the ward, and for being able to cheer us up with a kind word! THANK YOU ALL for your attention, sensitive attitude, responsiveness and of course for your work!!!

Good afternoon We stayed with the child in June 2017 in the trauma department of the adult city hospital in Fryazino. The child was 2 months old at that time. General ward, in the ward Besides us, there were also three elderly grandmothers with fractures and bruises. Not a single room was designed for a mother to lie with a baby. There is no cot for a child. My child was lying on a regular bed without sides. The attitude of the doctors and medical staff is very good, but the arrangement of the rooms for the little ones is disgusting.

Good afternoon What happens in the clinic. I have not been able to get an appointment with Popov since July 7, 2017. He either has diarrhea or scrofula, what kind of chaos is going on, in order to get an appointment you have to die, as I understand it.

On 05/07/2017, my mother Ivanova Valentina Fedorovna was admitted to the intensive care unit. The doctor on duty, Matveev Alexander Nikolaevich, behaved very rudely and incorrectly, it seemed that he was simply reveling in his power over helpless patients and relatives who were in a state of stress. I left my mother with a heavy heart, since there was no trust and confidence that qualified assistance would be provided from this doctor. As he stated in the emergency department that if my mother is not treated, she will “die”, my mother passed away on May 8... Also, when examining the patient, he allowed himself frivolous comparisons addressed to my mother “with drug addicts and drunkards in relation to their health.” which is rudeness clean water like my mom old man and she herself is a former health worker, by the way, who has the “Excellence in Healthcare” badge, and therefore hearing this addressed to her was very insulting. Mom was always very attentive to her health and punctually carried out all the doctors’ orders. And if, in his opinion, the previous prescriptions were made incorrectly, then the patient is not at fault here, and making any comparisons is, at the very least, simply indecent. It was strange for me to hear this from a doctor who, according to the Hippocratic Oath, is obliged to observe the principle of “do no harm” . Here there is robbery, tactlessness and complete indifference to the patient. It’s a shame that my mother, who herself worked all her life in medicine, was faced with such an “aesculapian” at the end of her life. I’m not a doctor and it’s difficult for me to judge the correctness of the drug treatment, but the behavior pattern this employee I consider it unacceptable and unacceptable. A doctor should not be a boor. It is very unpleasant to encounter such an attitude towards a patient. Because if he behaved like this in front of his relatives, it is difficult to imagine what the patient hears while remaining alone with him behind closed doors.

I WAS IN AN OPHTHALMOLOGY HOSPITAL TWICE IN 2016. THANK GOD THAT I ENTERED THE FRYAZIN OPHTHALMOLOGY. I NO LONGER HOPED THAT I WOULD SEE.

I would like to thank the medical staff at ophthalmology in Fryazino. I have not seen such a sincere and responsible attitude towards people for a long time. Head of the department Minakova O.B., doctor Sapanyuk M.Yu., Poruchikova O.L. DOCTORS WITH A CAPITAL D. Nurses Anechka (as her patients affectionately call her) and Larisa. I express my deep gratitude to them. For selfless hard work. There are a lot of patients, they all have their own characters and complaints, but during the time I was in the hospital I heard only words of gratitude from the patients. HEALTH TO YOU DEAR DOCTORS, PATIENCE AND ALL THE BEST.

On my own behalf, I express my gratitude to the entire urology department, all the doctors, nurses, orderlies, barmaids for their understanding, care, and sincere kindness. In my opinion, a very good team was selected. But only when it works united team, you can achieve a positive result. Plus knowledge of his business and a desire to help patients. I wish prosperity to the hospital and great health to everyone.

Very good attitude of gynecologists in our hospital. Thanks to Olga Viktorovna, Elena Vyacheslavovna, nurses and junior staff for the high level in the gynecological department. I will give birth soon, but I will never forget your department. Once again thank you very much for everything.

In May, a friend of mine was hospitalized in gynecology. The department is clean. Attentive attitude of doctors and junior staff. But there is no TV anywhere. They brought a TV into her room and they decided to leave it in the room. So that others could watch TV. But after discharge, the hostess’s sister took the TV. And no one else saw it there. Everyone looked at each other, but remained silent. But my heart felt unpleasant.

In February of this year, I was hospitalized at the M.V. Golts Central City Hospital in the therapeutic department with a diagnosis of pneumonia and bronchitis. I recovered quickly only because a very good doctor, Anzhelika Anatolyevna Veselova, took care of me. She is very caring, attentive, always in good mood. I would also like to note the work of nurse Elena Kochkina, calm, coming to the rescue at the right time! Thank you for the treatment. Sincerely, Vlasova A.V.

Unfortunately, the behavior of some employees of our hospital is not very bad, but disgusting. Today, 01/19/16. my husband was admitted to the hospital and ordered 5 blood tests. The first visit went well. For the second visit, nurse Natalya, who worked that day in the clinic office, receiving patients from the hospital, asked to come earlier not at 17.00, but at 16.30, because According to her, she goes to the hospital at 17.00. My husband came to the office at 16.20. At the same time, another patient arrived. We began to wait. The time was approaching 17.00. The door to the office was wide open, Natalya was not there. Another nurse came out of the office opposite, asked how many people were waiting and went back with the kettle, closing the door from the inside. We waited another 30 minutes, patience ran out, and the second man decided to knock on that door, just in case. A minute later, the door opened and Natalya and the same nurse came out. Both smelled of alcohol. As it should be, both went to take a test, smiling and laughing. Natalya, you work with real people!!! You knew perfectly well that sick people were waiting for you and continued to “relax” in the next office. This is an indifferent and caring attitude towards the sick, as well as an irresponsible attitude towards work.

a week ago, in the only available place, I made an appointment for my mother to see an ophthalmologist via email and printed out a coupon. Today my mother, it should be noted, is an elderly person, a diabetic, came to her appointment at the appointed time. A girl came out of the office and said that there was no card, we had to go to the reception for it. Mom went to the registry office, explained why they sent it, they looked for the card for a long, long time, and when they found it, they said that they wouldn’t give it back without a passport (note that no one asked for the card in hand). Mom tried to explain that her coupon was electronic, printed from home, but in that case she didn’t think about a passport; the doctor should probably have the card on the day of the appointment. Or how? As a result: my mother is in a bad mood, and in the evening I am in a bad mood. I looked at how it could be re-recorded... But no way. Of the three doctors working today, as of Monday, one remains with two appointments a week. In short, it’s a new year, but the problems are old.

My mother is now being treated in the therapeutic department, there are no places, so they put her in the corridor, but they warned that the shower can be used in any women’s ward, so imagine, patients in one of the nearest wards simply did not let her into the shower, the nurse did not respond to the complaint responded, but the doctor on duty can’t be found at all ((

My 83-year-old mother came to see the therapist Seraya. To receive a referral 057u to the Shumakov Institute (my mother has been registered there for 20 years, it’s time for another consultation at the institute), the doctor was provided with a letter from the institute. Seraya’s therapist was not only incompetent in this matter (she didn’t even know about the existence of such direction 057u), Seraya’s doctor and the nurse were rude to the old man (group 2 disabled), after serving two and a half hours, she would have left with nothing... ..I (DAUGHTER) arrived in time to resolve this issue. I turned to the temporary acting head of the therapist. The departmental certificate was eventually issued very quickly....and the form was found.....where is your compassion for an old and sick person???? (at the reception on November 11, 2015)

On August 10, 2015, there was a request for an ECG for a bedridden patient at home. Departure on Fridays from 08:00 to 12:00. As a result: - they asked to leave work, no one came to see the patient. You can’t get through to the clinic at all!!! This is not the first time! A complete disgrace. And when I call a doctor at home, they generally ask why today? Maybe another day?

I was in the traumatology department in March. Nadezhda, a nurse who cares for the sick, constantly walks around smelling of alcohol or is completely drunk. Her appearance is untidy and it was unpleasant for me that she hands out food with her own hands. She carries out the dishes without gloves and then touches our dishes. I have never noticed bribes from infirm patients, for removing a vessel or feeding them. The picture is very unpleasant. I got the impression that the person is not going to work but to fishing while drunk. I have no complaints about the senior staff.

My dad, 70 years old, after two operations to remove a tumor (kidney and prostate removed), was admitted to the surgical department on February 21 with acute abdominal pain, diagnosed with intestinal obstruction. Transferred to Moscow on March 2 with a diagnosis of a giant duodenal ulcer with bleeding.

As a result of the “treatment”, on the 5th day of his stay in the hospital, bloody diarrhea and bloody vomiting began, and that’s when they realized to check the stomach and small intestines. Blood tests began to be taken regularly after the scandal; from February 21 to 26, hemoglobin dropped from 99 to 46. At the time of the transfer, dad’s body was brought to very severe exhaustion, because with complete starvation and bleeding during the entire period of his stay in the hospital, dad was transfused with a liter of blood , one and a half liters of plasma and without counting sodium chloride solution as intravenous nutrition. Sodium chloride (table salt solution) is called glucose in the department; monitoring of the condition of the only kidney and liver against the background of such a “salt diet” was not carried out at all.

The attending physician is Elena Olegovna Gorbunova. Her only medical feat was that she stayed late at work and wrote us a full statement for transfer to Moscow. Not for the intended purpose, because Fryazino surgeons are very nervous about the fact that patients and their money go “to the left.” We ourselves decided to transport dad, my sister herself contacted the mobile intensive care service, and she herself made an agreement with the surgeon.

Illiteracy, irresponsibility, impunity, complete indifference to the life and health of patients.

Very bad. My mother was in the traumatology department in December. I won’t say that the doctors were inattentive. NO. But also special attention they didn’t pay. The nurses caring for the sick were half-drunk and could barely move their legs. And on New Year’s Eve they generally handed out food in a state of severe alcoholic intoxication. Also, when distributing food, I heard very offensive remarks towards the sick. It was as if the food was divided between the sick and the food distributor. Sometimes it was easier to bring it from home and feed the sick mother. Everything she asked for, she paid for everything. The linen was not changed for weeks and was changed only once after loose stools. The patients seemed to have been left to lie there, bedridden. And many have no relatives and therefore, for every step they take, they put a hundred or more rubles into the pockets of drunken nurses. When will drunkenness stop at work? Apparently, no one from the management even pays attention to this.

Today I witnessed the terrible indifference of an employee of the Fryazono clinic, a man came in in poor condition, incoherent speech, poor coordination, his head was almost pressed to the right shoulder, he was dressed neatly, I didn’t smell any alcohol, he asked the girl at the reception for a coupon to see a doctor, the answer was no coupons , the man sits on the benches and he’s so lost, I feel so sorry for him, there were several of us standing in line at the registration desk for this girl and we ourselves are trying to understand what’s hurting him and where to turn, his speech is incoherent, he’s rolling his eyes, I’m turning to this girl so she can help him, in response - this is not my responsibility, please give me the number of the office where he can be taken, in response - I don’t know where he is registered, the time is 18.00 Friday 11/20/14, many people already have appointments are over and where should I take this man and how to help, I don’t understand, 5-6 people have gathered, we all appeal for compassion for this man, so that she takes him to the doctor who is still seeing him at this time, in response - you need, you lead the way, there was a girl nearby who had just come out of an appointment with the deputy chief oncology doctor and she herself took this man (weight 90 kg, no less) and took him to the doctor who was still in charge of the appointment. I am shocked that in a medical institution the patient a person who somehow got there, was somehow still figuring out something, it wasn’t that they didn’t pay attention, but they refused to help!!! Simply because the girl at the reception is not obliged to provide assistance to the sick and the white coat she is wearing does not mean anything - these are her literal words to all of us, participants in this tragedy. I believe that such people should not to Work with people, and those more in a medical institution. I will definitely write a letter to the chief doctor, although she refused to give her last name.
