SMK-10.200 (previously - KB-408.21) is a rail crane with a turret and beam boom with a cargo trolley, designed for the construction of structures, the height of which can reach 72.7 m. The permissible mass of mounted elements is 10 tons. Transportation of materials is carried out vertically and horizontally. Installation of equipment is carried out using a truck crane, as well as the model's own mechanisms.

How to manage

1.2.2. The main components and parts of the mechanisms should be made of materials in accordance with the requirements of GOST 13556-91 (clause 2.2.5).

1.2.3. Compliance of materials with the requirements must be confirmed by documents-certificates of the supplier plants, and in the absence of such documents - by the data of a certified analytical laboratory of the crane manufacturer.

2. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. The design of the tower crane must ensure the safety requirements established GOST 13556-91, sections 1 and 2, PB 10-382-00 , sections 2, 3 and 8 and RD 22-207-88, section 12.

2.2. The microclimate parameters in the driver's cab should not exceed the standards established by SanPiN 2.2.0.555-96 for the category of work 1a-1b and GOST 13556-91 pp.2.5.14; 2.5.15 and 2.8.7.

2.3. Sound pressure levels, sound levels and equivalent sound levels in the driver's cab must not exceed the standards established SN 2.2.4/2.1.8.562-96 for road construction and other similar types of machines and given in table 3 of these specifications.

3. RULES OF ACCEPTANCE AND METHODS OF CONTROL

3.1. Purchased products and assembly units manufactured in cooperation, tested and run-in at the manufacturer's factory, must be installed on the crane after incoming inspection and in accordance with GOST 24297-87 *.

3.2. Input control of rolled metal and welding materials must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 24297-87.

The scope of selective checks of the characteristics and composition of materials - in accordance with the acceptance procedure established by the enterprise.

3.3. Ultrasonic control when accepting a metal structure, it must be carried out according to RD ROSEK-001-96 and RD 22-205-88 by a certified non-destructive testing laboratory.

3.4. Each manufactured crane or its individual components, mechanisms and safety devices are subject to acceptance, including acceptance tests, conducted by the product control service (QCD) of the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements GOST 13556-91, sections 3 and 4 with the reflection of rejection signs in accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 3.2.5 and 3.2.6 of this standard and GOST 15.309-98 according to the program developed by him. 3.5. Periodic tests of mass-produced cranes are carried out by the manufacturer according to the program developed by him. Participation of representatives of Rostekhnadzor in the tests of the crane is obligatory.

One of the manufactured cranes is subjected to periodic (certification) tests once every 3 years. The results of periodic tests of the crane are drawn up with indication of the proposals and conclusions of the commission.

3.6. All crane testing programs must comply with the standard programs developed by the parent organization and be agreed with Rostekhnadzor authorities.

3.7. The test programs should include the requirements of GOST 13556-91, sections 3 and 4, RD 22-207-88 (subsections 13.1-13.3; 13.5, 13.6 and 13.8), PB 10-382-00(Article 9.3.8-9.3.19) and RTM 2201-79-93*.

3.8. Measurement errors during testing should not exceed the established GOST 29266-91.

4. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

4.1. Transportation and storage of the tower crane must meet the requirements GOST 13556-91, section 5. Transportation of a tower crane is carried out by road, rail or water transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for these modes of transport.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

5.1. The operation of a tower crane must comply with the requirements of GOST 13556-91, section 6, PB 10-382-00, section 9 and carried out in accordance with the operation manual KB-408.21A.00.000RE.

5.2. Installation of a tower crane must be carried out in accordance with the installation instructions KB-408.21A.00.00.000IM.

5.3 When the crane is inoperative, it is allowed to fasten the crane wind vane to a specially equipped working platform.

6. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

6.1. The manufacturer guarantees that the tower crane complies with the requirements of these specifications if the consumer observes the operating conditions, including transportation, installation, intended use and storage of the crane.

6.2. Warranty period of operation - 18 months from the date of putting the tower crane into operation.

6.3. The warranty period for a crane supplied for export is 18 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months from the moment it passes through state border Russian Federation.
