1. General Provisions.

1.2. A librarian must have a higher or secondary vocational education without requirements for work experience or general secondary education, course preparation and work experience as a librarian.

The peculiarities of the working time and rest time regime for teaching and other employees of organizations carrying out educational activities, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated May 11, 2016 N 536, establish the following approaches to determining the working time regime for a teacher at school.

The working hours and rest time for teaching staff and other employees of the organization are established by the internal labor regulations, taking into account the following factors:

1. the operating mode of the organization associated with the round-the-clock presence of students, their stay for a certain time, season, shifts of educational, training sessions and other features of the organization’s work;

2. duration of working hours or norms of hours of teaching work per wage wages, as well as the duration of working hours established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for other employees according to their positions;

3. the volume of actual educational (training) load (teaching work) of teaching staff, determined in accordance with Order N 1601;

On working days, employees conducting teaching work are called to duty in the organization no earlier than 20 minutes before the start of classes and no later than 20 minutes after the end of their last lesson. On days of the week (time periods during which the organization operates) free for employees conducting teaching work, from conducting classes according to the schedule and performing directly in the organization other job duties provided for by the qualification characteristics for the position held, as well as from performing additional types of work for additional pay, mandatory presence in the organization is not required.
