    For a wider involvement of workers in the management of production in large brigades, a brigade council elected by its members by open voting can be created.

    The council (meeting, production meeting) of the brigade considers issues of improving the intra-brigade organization of labor, cost accounting, developing socialist competition, fulfilling production tasks, observing technological and labor discipline, ensuring labor safety, improving product quality, and others.

    Proposals developed in the team are submitted for consideration by the foreman (foreman).

    The brigade is headed by a foreman appointed from among the most advanced, most skilled workers with organizational skills.     Production (standardized) tasks for the performance of construction and installation works are set for each team in accordance with the working drawings and current building codes and rules, and the necessary organizational and specifications for their implementation.

    - monitor compliance by the members of the brigade with the rules for the production of construction and installation works, safety regulations, the fulfillment of production tasks, the quality of the work performed by the brigade and take measures to correct the defects and shortcomings found in the work, accept the work performed by the brigade members;

    - check the readiness of the front of work and the provision of jobs with materials, tools, fixtures, take necessary measures to prevent and eliminate downtime, accidents, breakdowns of tools, inventory and fixtures and other malfunctions;
