A creation can outlive its creator:
The Creator will leave, defeated by nature,
However, the image he captured
Will warm hearts for centuries...

Michelangelo Buonarroti

Years are precise, molded concepts celestial mechanics. The years lived by a family are not checked against a star clock - they are the work of human hands. And when we talk about the past, we do not mean the past time, but those events that shaped both the appearance of the family and the history of the family. Well, perhaps this is the logic of life: each generation brings its own contribution to this world, building row by row the pyramid of civilization.

There is something in a family that is difficult to immediately discern without delving deeply into the world of human relationships, full of mysterious mysteries, often hidden from view. Most of these mysteries have never been solved. The family is a microcosm of the whole world. The manifestations of power, intimacy, independence, trust, communication skills that exist in it are the key to unraveling many phenomena in life. If we want to change the world, we need to change the family.

Family relationships are those threads, ties, connections that unite people into a single whole. In our urbanized and industrialized world, social institutions must be economical, practical, efficient, and most importantly, humane. The importance and educational role of the family as a structural unit of society can hardly be overestimated. Its microclimate creates an atmosphere that supports the child’s interest in creativity and self-realization.

Today in society there is a need for spiritual, equal and interested interaction between family and school. In relation to the school, the family no longer acts only as a consumer and customer, but also, which is very important, as a partner. Therefore, when raising the issue of family values in a general education institution, one must first of all mean the invaluable connection between family and school in one common cause - the education of the child’s personality.

I would like to note that it is our district that was recognized as the laureate of the prestigious national award of public recognition “Family of Russia” among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the award ceremony of which took place in Moscow at the State Kremlin Palace in May of this year. Supporting state policy in the field of promoting family, family values, and the best traditions of family and everyday culture, our school implements the main directions of work with families, put on a modern basis. These relationships develop through a system of humanistic relationships between children, teachers, parents and interrelated activities in a single educational environment. All participants create a community of individuals mutually interested in the results of this activity. Relationships between children and adults are approaching in nature the relationships characteristic of a good family.

Having embarked on the path of creating a “family communication school,” we felt the need to search not only for new forms of work with parents, but also for a new style of mutual trust and cooperation, which presupposes the unity of goals, strategies and tactics of education at home and at school.

That's why purpose of this project can be called promoting the formation of a morally oriented personality of a child who has a communicative culture and strives to realize his abilities, discover and develop his individuality, subject to mutually beneficial cooperation between family and school.

To achieve this goal, the following have been identified tasks:

– contribute to the formation of the moral position of schoolchildren;

– create the necessary conditions for the manifestation and development of each student’s individuality and abilities;

– to promote the further development of the relations of unity of three groups (“the core of the educational system”): pedagogical, student and parent, where teachers are the managing subsystem, and students and parents are the managed one (and subjects of their own development) (see the diagram of the educational system of the school, Fig.1);

– to promote the development of joint activities of children and parents in the field of leisure, thereby contributing to the revival of national traditions of family education, introducing children to family origins, studying their ancestry, nurturing the moral and spiritual principles of the individual and family community;

– provide social and pedagogical support to troubled teenagers by involving them in various forms children's creativity and sports, as well as adjusting education in individual families, especially disadvantaged ones.

The main indicator of effectiveness and efficiency is the child’s personality, his well-being at school and at home, involvement in activities, and his value preferences. One of important results interaction between teachers, children and parents is an educational space where kindness, the cult of knowledge, and tolerance reign.

To study the effectiveness of the family communication school, the following can be used diagnostic tools: thus, indicators of students’ upbringing are the formation of a moral orientation, personal creativity, social adaptability, and the development of a communicative culture; An indicator of the formation of a favorable moral and psychological climate in the school community can be the standard of the school community in the perception of its members, the satisfaction of students, teachers and parents with life activities at school.

Loktionova Elena Viktorovna

Kargat 2014

Russian education has now come to be considered as one of the national strategic resources for the country's development. This trend reflects not only national priorities, but also the global orientation of educational systems. However, one cannot fail to recognize the increased demands of society and parents. Modern society expects schools to create conditions for developing in children the ability to bear personal responsibility for their own well-being and the well-being of society, to ensure social mobility and adaptation to different living conditions.

Therefore, I believe that educating a student’s personality is an equally important priority task in the modern world.

New operating conditions encourage the entire teaching staff to update the content of education and search for new effective forms of organizing work with students.

If education today is highlighted as a priority, then the role of the deputy director of an educational institution for educational work is, in my opinion, very significant.

My total teaching experience is 13 years. In the position of Deputy Director for HR – 5 years. During the entire period of teaching practice, a certain amount of work experience has been accumulated.I carry out my activities as deputy director for educational work taking into account the specifics of the educational institution, the characteristics of society and the social order; my activities are aimed at implementing high-quality educational work at school and creating the necessary conditions. As a deputy director, I try to improve my activities: I take advanced training courses in a timely manner and engage in self-training. In the 2011-2012 academic year, she was awarded a diploma from the Education Department of the Kargat region.

Studying documents defining public policy in the field of education (Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, etc.) gives me the opportunity to clearly define the goals and objectives of education, determine the priorities for the success of educational work.

Target : creating conditions for development, self-development, self-realization of the student’s personality - mentally and physically healthy, humane, spiritual and free, socially mobile, in demand in modern society.

Tasks:

    Promoting the formation of a conscious attitude of students towards their life, health, as well as towards the life and health of people around them;

    Involving class teachers and classes to participate in intra-school and district events.

    Creating conditions for the participation of students’ families in the educational process, the development of parental public associations, increasing the activity of the parent community.

    Involving students in the system of additional education in order to ensure personal self-realization;

    Implementation of extracurricular activities of the Federal State Educational Standard.

Our school has a wonderful heritage. Throughout her life, the school sought good results, was famous for its sporting achievements, achievements in studies and education, and competent teachers.

Currently, the school meets all modern requirements: all conditions have been created - personnel and material - for the implementation of classroom and extracurricular activities of students. The educational process is accompanied by a socio-psychological service. All necessary specialists are available. This is the third year that new standards have been successfully implemented in primary schools. A system of employing children outside of school hours has developed.

The educational system has its own traditions, which I try to maintain and introduce something new.

One of priority tasks, which I consider the most relevant and significant, is preserving the health of the child.The school has been successfully implementing the regional project “School-Center” for the 3rd year physical culture and a healthy lifestyle." Based on the needs of modern times, the image of a modern student, the following programs are being implemented within the framework of the project:

    “Psychological health of the child”, the main goal of which is to preserve the psychological health of the child and the psychological health of all participants in the educational process.

Particular attention within the subprogram is paid to correctional and developmental work with disabled children, children undergoing individual training and children studying in special education. programs.

    "We are for a healthy future." The program is designed for students primary school and is aimed at creating conditions conducive to strengthening the health of students in the first stage of education, improving the dynamics of health indicators, and developing a system of work to improve a healthy lifestyle.

    "Patriotic education of schoolchildren."

Main objectives of the program- This:

Reducing the level of crime and bad habits of schoolchildren through patriotic education;

Development of mechanisms to ensure coordination of the activities of the classroom and extracurricular system of program activities;

Development of scientific and methodological recommendations on the problems of patriotic education;

Thus, the implementation of these programs covers all aspects of the educational process as a whole.

During the implementation of this project, a certain system of work on health conservation was developed at the school, and there are results of the implementation of this project (Appendix 1).

The school has formed a structure responsible for the implementation of educational activities and additional education; There is a methodological association of class teachers. The MO of class teachers includes 15 teachers. The management of the MO is carried out as follows: in an elementary school there is a MO of class teachers (grades 1-4) and a MO of class teachers in middle and high schools (grades 5-11).

The direct educators and mentors of students are class teachers. II coordinate their work, trying to contribute to the creation of a favorablemoral and psychological climate at school, relations of cooperation and goodwill in teaching and student teams. In working with class teachers I think effective use individual approach to teachers depending on experience and length of service.

Main educational forms which I recommend to class teachers, I think:

    Classroom hour

    class meetings of students - as a democratic form of collective class life

A necessary condition successful work with the class is his active participation in intra-school events. The degree of class participation depends on the format of the event. Traditional events in which I involve class groups to participate are: “ Autumn Ball", "Sweet Fair", thematic exhibitions, "New Year's Kaleidoscope", February 23, Ecology Week, etc.

In my work I consider it most acceptableKTD technology by I.P.Ivanov (collective creative activities). CurrentlyThis effective method education and development of students in the classroom, in the school student community as a whole, because it is based on positive activity, activity, collective authorship and positive emotions. In the current academic year, this technology has received the greatest development. Since the beginning of the school year, class groups have held the following events: “Teacher’s Day”, “Autumn Ball”, “Sweet Fair”, “New Year’s Ball”, “Patriotic Song Review”.

The criterion for the effectiveness of educational work in school is indicators of the level of education. From 2009-2010 academic year

For the school's successful work in the field of education, cooperation with other organizations is necessary. For many years, the school has been interacting with the House of Children's Creativity - they operate on the basis of the school creative associations and interest groups (“Palette”, “Fairy-Tale World of Childhood”, “Steps”, etc.); with Children's Youth sports school– there are sports sections for volleyball and basketball; with the Kargat School of Arts. Students of our school not only study there, but also attend open events and concerts organized by the art school. This is not the first year that the school has been collaborating with the local history museum of Kargat. The museum staff organizes excursions, social hours, and lectures for memorable dates for our students.

I pay great attention to the life safety of students: the school holds decades of safety traffic(September, March). These decades are included in the school-wide plan of educational work and in the plans of the VR class teachers. I involve social educators and police officers in carrying out such decades; campaign stands are set up, drawing and poster competitions are held, and events that have become traditional in our school are held - “We are for road safety”, “Pedestrians, be careful!” Every year we participate in the regional competition of propaganda teams “Green Wave”.

Achieve positive results in educationThis is only possible in close cooperation with parents.The main forms of interaction with parents are traditionally parent meetings. Classroom parent meetings are held according to the plan of the class teachers: in elementary schools - at least 1 time per quarter, in middle and high schools - 1 time per trimester.

Parents are involved by class teachers in various activities: they help conduct parent-teacher meetings, participate in class celebrations, creative affairs: "Sweet Fair", "Mother's Day", " New Year", "February 23", "March 8", etc.

Each class has a parent committee, whose members assist the class teacher in organizational matters and are involved in working with antisocial families (for example, they are present at the school Prevention Council).

A School Council has been formed, which is authorized to resolve issues of education and training of students.

In addition to parent meetings, the school conducts individual consultations for parents not only with the school administration, but also with subject teachers.

In connection with the implementation of the Federal state standard primary general education great attention I devote myself to organizing classes in areas of extracurricular activities, which are an integral part of the educational process at school.

For the third year we have been working according to new standards, for this period of time there are certain results - extracurricular activities of schoolchildren are organized in the form of clubs, sports sections with various types activities, excursions, competitions, competitions, exploratory research, socially useful practice, allowing to fully implement the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education.

It should be noted that the number of interest groups increased in 2013-2014, the Regulations on the extended day group were developed, teachers from the House of Creativity were involved in conducting group work, and the “Talking about Proper Nutrition” group has been running for the third year.

I believe that the material and technical base for carrying out educational work is sufficient.In 2008-2009 there was a significant improvement in the MTB school. Available: computer class, multimedia projectors, printers, photocopiers, music equipment, stereo system, scanner, digital camera, interactive board. The school's sports facilities have been strengthened,there is a sufficient amount of sports equipment, 2 gyms, a ski base, on the school grounds there is a stadium, volleyball and basketball courts, a jogging track,The school has high-speed Internet installed and has the local network, school website.

Based on the objectives, the following conclusions can be drawn:

    We are actively working on health protection:

    a stable number of students attending sports sections; the number of primary school students attending sports sections for general physical training has increased;

    stable and effective participation in sports competitions of various levels;

    the number of intra-school sports competitions has increased;

    holding school-wide Health Days;

    according to the BP school plan, themed safety weeks are held;

    Daily morning exercises are carried out in grades 1-4.

    The level of education is monitored.

    The system of working with parents is quite well developed. The main forms of work with parents are parent meetings, holding intra-class and school events with the participation of parents. There is a parent committee in each class, and a school council at the school level.

    On good level Work is underway to involve students in club work. In the current academic year, the actual employment of students has increased by 17% compared to the 2012-2013 academic year. New associations have been opened: the “Chess” circle, “ Puppet show", "A cheerful country of childhood."

    Extracurricular activities are being successfully implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard: regulations on the GAP have been developed, students’ employment in the 2nd half of the day is carried out through club work and VR plans of class teachers. Every year an educational work plan is drawn up, which provides for the implementation of all areas of students’ extracurricular activities. In the 2013-2014 academic year, the number of associations in all areas of extracurricular activities increased.

I believe that the success of educational work depends, first of all, on the united and coordinated work of the entire teaching staff as a whole. Educational process-process long, requiring constant attention and control. In many ways, its success depends on the contingent of children and the social level of the family, so it is necessary to “predict” it and set tasks that are acceptable in this particular children’s group. Tasks to be worked on in the next academic year:

    Strengthening the role of the family in the educational process;

    Improving classroom and school self-government;

    Creating conditions for self-realization of the personality of each student through further improvement of the system of additional education;
